If nothing else for the simple fucking fact that to be trans is to make a conscious decision to want to be like the opposite sex and for that to happen you have to first be aware that you are in fact male or female. This argument has been had before, but to keep it on topic, you did post a pic from Zaelefty's sex development charts. As it is CAIS, the Wolffian ducts don't respond to androgenization at all. So while internal testes might exist, they do not produce testosterone as the body is physically unable to respond to it.

— Puberty blockers don't "undermine" bone density. In puberty, the body is changed by sex hormones. In people who are in or past puberty, sex hormones also maintain bone density. Bone density decreases on puberty blockers only as an outcome of their blocking sex hormones.

Bone loss is reversible, and when puberty blockers are used responsibly and for a short period the amount is not significant. Bluntly, when it's become a problem it's done so because cis doctors and parents have forced trans kids to stay on blockers instead of letting them start hormones.

— Testosterone makes trans men's voices deep. Estrogen doesn't make trans women's voices high. This is because the voice deepens by adding mass to the vocal cords in a way which is made to happen by testosterone, but isn't reversed by estrogen.

— Trans people aren't "biologically" "really" the sex they're transitioning away from. In part, this is because cis people don't have a "real" "biological" sex either. There is no inborn sex determiner or combination thereof that you can use to draw a hard line between two sexes.

Every attempt to try ends up with at least hundreds of thousands of cis people placed clearly nonsensically on the wrong side of the line. I could go into detail but it'll take a while. I'll do it if someone really needs me to though.

The fact is that current transition therapies are sufficient that when it comes to trans people using those therapies, in any situation you are ever likely to encounter, it is most practical, realistic, and safe to start by assuming they're physically cis people of their gender and going from there.

The fact is that because those transition therapies can do that, and the only proper determinant of whether someone has those transition therapies is whether their gender is such that they want them, the *most real* determinant of
"biological sex" is felt gender.

— Trans women don't have an advantage over cis women in sports. Every conceivably sport-related part of our bodies is changed by the hormones we take in such a way that it becomes like it would be in cis women. Statistically, we actually tend to underperform.

— Trans women's breasts aren't implants. More accurately, trans women, like all women, can get implants, but most trans women who have breasts don't have implants. We have breasts because we grew them because of the sex hormones in our blood. This is the same way cis women grow them

— Trans women are capable of using our breasts to breastfeed. Our milk is the same as cis women's milk.

— Intersex people aren't all trans, and vice versa. I'm trans *and* intersex, so I can say that. Cynically, the difference is that the cis majority withholds medical transition from trans people, while the perisex majority forces it on intersex people.

— Testosterone causes trans men to develop facial and body hair. It doesn't cause it to disappear from trans women. The quality of the hair generally does change a little bit such that it's less visible, but unless we can afford laser or electrolysis, the hair itself stays.

— Medical transition is classified as medically necessary. It's not something your trans friend can simply put aside for a while in the event of something you personally think is a greater crisis. That's like trying to cut out the expense of glasses by just coercing the wearer to close their eyes.

— There are more gender-affirming medical procedures than just "the chop". Aside from other surgeries, we also take hormones. They cause visible changes in our bodies as I described above. For most of us, they are also important to our general functioning. We cannot "do without for a while".

— Your trans friend who is medically transitioning is not getting it fully funded by the government anywhere that I know of, and in most places is likely paying for most or all of it out of pocket, totally regardless of anything that might make it seem reasonable to expect otherwise.

— There are no special trans medications which big pharma might be making a killing off, or which might have gone undertested in the name of politically correctness. All of our hormone therapies were initially invented for cis people problems, and they were extensively tested then.

Before trans men could get testosterone, it was already being prescribed to cis men with low T, or being Acquired (tm) by bodybuilders. Trans women's T blockers are all repurposed prostate cancer drugs. Trans women's estrogens and progesterone are all repurposed menopausal HRT.

— I mentioned above that biological sex isn't real. One part of this is that if you assume a trans person has an organ that a cis person of the same gender wouldn't, you'll be wrong. Barring accidents, both bodies contain the same organ in some form. This includes all organs I can think of.
