Why are people calling him a pedophile? If that girl verified with OnlyFans as 18+, why would he suspect she is younger? Why would anyone?

There's multiple statements, from Destiny himself, that confirm that he doesn't think the age of consent should be 18 years old, but that he should be lower (15-17).
During a conversation with Turkey Tom and a separate conversation with Aella, Tiny has defended both that underaged teens can have sex wtih 30+ year olds, and there's nothing intrinsically wrong with it, and that rape/molestation trauma/PTSD isn't real outside of being a social construct.
When he looked into the Epstein case a year ago, his conclusion was that what Epstein did wasn't actually that bad, this was after he found out that most of the sexual relationships with the girls were through coercion and manipulation, than it being outright normal movie fantasy kidnapping. Also, because the youngest Epstein victim was 11 years old, and not a toddler, something that a guy who already by his own words doesn't think inherently leads to trauma (minors having sex with adults) and that has defended the idea of teenagers having sex with 30+ year olds.
Solo, the leaker of all the leaked videos and texts we've gotten over the past couple weeks, knows the Rose girl irl, he alleges that Rose was underaged during the majority of the period that Tiny and Rose sexted for. He says that he doesn't have any proof he can provide without doxxing Rose irl, or himself. It has been speculated by other users that Solo is the bf that is mentioned in logs.
It's possible to gather all these clips, of all the evidence of Tiny justifying having sex with minors, with Destiny's negligence and him admitting that he messages with underaged girls to give them "dating advice", however, I'll need an actual good full night sleep before I go full autism.
The biggest "evidence" that hints that Solo is likely tellin the truth that Rose was underaged, is that from Solo's private DMs with Tiny, Destiny didn't have any rebuttal to Solo saying she was underaged, other than "she said so". Meanwhile, Solo has continued to act as someone who does know her irl (by not posting any of personal information) and hasn't posted any of her explicit content, likely as it's childporn.
Also, like Code Cave says, likely she didn't have an OF. I thought that she might have had from the one time I visited her profile in 2022, but considering I didn't find any bookmarks in my files, it's extremely likely that she didn't and was only selling her nudes through twitter.

This really feels like it's just something you "get" or you don't. There's a reason why the regulars know all of the references of conversations that I'm talking about, and find the Rose behaviour problematic EVEN if she wasn't underaged, but it's indeed far worse if she was underaged.
Destiny is extremely manipulative and sneaky (due to his molestation). You will never be able to catch him with the smoking gun, because the girls that admit their age publicly to him he just grooms until they turn 18 instead.
Which is fine btw. You can make a perfectly reasonable argument that Destiny's behaviour is predatory and unethical without Rose needing to be underaged, however, if Rose is underaged it proves that he probably never checks for actual age with the young fans he sexts with which is incompetence that by his own is daming of his character (a lot of the new people here don't realize that amount of women he sleeps with and sexts with, at any given point he's messaging with dozens of girls/women), or willful negligence.
