There isn't any concrete evidence yet, but it is the path of least resistance when you consider all of the factors. The case will come down to whether or not there is a solid paper trail. If there's no paper trail, they have no case even if Fatso was ordering them. However, there doesn't need to be an unbroken line from Pat's bank account to Torswats' Monero wallet. If Torswats testifies that Fatso was ordering them, and they have crypto disappearing from an exchange before each swatting, that is most likely enough to convince a jury.

I can't help but notice that Rick didn't bother to address any of the actual points that the Pest made there. Huh. Really interesting. Instead of defending himself he chose to attack the dastardly stalker with the same empty threats he makes literally hundreds of times a week.

It's funny, I've been watching the Chris Chan documentary (I'm up to part 37), and most of it can be summed up with "troll pretends to be woman interested in Chris, or troll promises to give Chris something he wants, makes Chris do embarrassing shit, repeat over and over again."

Here we have Patrick. Pest makes a post calling him a never-father and pointing out actual failings of his, and he responds by saying they'll be enjoying prison, repeat over and over again. Interesting. Really makes you think.
