Is the claim here that America is smuggling weapons into Mexico using criminals for the sole purpose of making Mexico unsafe causing Mexicans to immigrate to America so the American right can run on a platform of reducing immigration which they will never actually do anything about because they require the immigration from Mexico caused by American criminals smuggling weapons into Mexico making it unsafe in order to gain votes?
