I'd love to see how quickly Kayla and Nick fall apart once the coke whore is gone. Theres been speculation that nick didn't accept the plea because of a non-association clause, and if thats the case I'd assume nick is the biggest retard on the fucking planet.
He'd be thinking with his dick, and not his head.

Which I guess is kinda understandable, given how fried his brain has been, but once that fixes itself he'll possibly realize any plea deal is preferable to trial.

Kinochet gets annoying and smug once people give him attention.
Another reason I think it's not Kinochet (they pinned this BTW):

I have NEVER seen Kinochet write a tweet with cautionary notes like that. Kinochet thinks he is Woodward and Bernstein.

There seems to be more wrangling needed ITT with gay theories about driving licence suspension (April and Nick), cocaine test result methodology, secret sources in the judge's chambers, and the like...
I think the DL thing, with respect to April, was finally put to bed thanks to @Tiki Bar Man 2 and possibly that Kay lady. She drove herself to the courthouse in her truck.

People need to stop using the Kino Casino as a sole source. They are entertainment. Not reliable news.

Even assuming the best intentions, the fact that two separate accounts claim to have been told the same thing could mean that they were told something incorrect by some other third party making shit up.
And I don't dispute that. I even explicitly said as much.

Does that mean probation officers can impose their own conditions in addition to those specified by the court/in the plea bargain?
No. They're limited to the court imposed conditions and those the defendant agreed to. They can't just make up their own.

I mean at least in theory. In practice, it sometimes gets absurd.

I think what BBN is looking for is burried in this mess:

It's been a while but, IIRC, this is the one where Ralph did the following:

- Begged Null to come on to commentate on some political thing. Even though Null was almost assuredly asleep on the other side of the world when Ralph was streaming (this also included a funny line about "coming together and holding hands").
- When that didn't work, he tried to get Elissa to force Null to come on, and said he'd release nudes of her if she didn't do it (which is insane for a multitude of reasons).
- When that also didn't work, he told Elissa to take down all Killstream clips, or he'd DMCA her (shades of something Rekieta would eventually end up doing to her as well).
- Claimed that he is "Rekieta's Bulldog" and that Nick was paying him to be such.

It's a slog to get though, but it's Ralph at some of his most unhinged.

I'm sure he thought he'd get a better deal, but I'm not even sure if he's delusional enough to think Kayla's motion will go anywhere. If I were him, I'd be more concerned that that motion just pisses off the state even more. He needs to get over Aaron, but even if he doesn't, that's not the appropriate avenue to fling shit at Aaron.

Forgive me if I'm late/not the first to say this, but isn't it a pretty massive failure of logic to claim your daughter's never seen cocaine in her life while also claiming you have video of a cop touching her with cocaine-stained gloves and that's how she tested positive? He's so bad at lying.
He is a black belt in double think. Any agitation he feels at holding two simultaneous and contradictory positions only energizes him to double down further. He knows that Kayla's motion is just another attack vector against The Toe but also believes that his unique genius will bear fruit this time. He will admit to doing mountains of coke while also saying the fuzz set him up. He is a miserable worm crawling through the shit saying he enjoys it while knowing he is hiding from the sun.

Interesting.
Kinochet runs with fake bullshit all the time and larps as a journalist. This guy is a lot more self-conscious. Who knows, either way it's a funny account that makes skelly seethe. If they're using decent information, all the merrier.

you will note that people floated that theory months ago,

That was me. An educated wish. I still believe Ape was only charged because Nick was dicking around with KCHHS claiming they couldn't restrict contact with April because at the time, she hadn't even been charged with a crime. Part of prosecutors job is to protect the public so they charged Ape with a felony right before Nicky was granted home visits b/c Nick wasn't agreeing to protect his kids from her. April recently tweeted that she is drug testing to maintain contact so they worked out something. I think Nick's mouth got April arrested. The funniest thing is Nick paid April's bond to avoid drug testing. And is now footing the bill for drug tests. I doubt KCHHS is paying for April as she isn't part of reunification.

Out on a longer limb, I'd postulate that Nick renewed his legal license for this argument: "You can't restrict me from associating with people accused or convicted of felonies or people accuse of drug misdemeanors. I'm a lawyer. They are my clients." -- The probation restrictions for plea were likely boilerplate. He's probably shooting for the moon with "April is my client and any restrictions interferes with that." It would a typical Nick argument where he believes he can force everyone to abandon common sense, experience and inference because he never said anything direct or explicit. My preferred language: "Defendant must get leave from this court before starting any type of relations with accused or convicted felons."

I think the attached boilerplate restrictions are federal but should be similar.

I've always thought that Ralph's "support" for Nick was just clout-chasing on his part rather than something Nick invited. He probably feels underappreciated by Nick now that his actions are having consequences, but it's his own stupid fault for trying to curry favour and make himself a useful idiot.

I think it's more pathetic than that where he hopes to get any approval from Nick like he's Ralph's e-daddy and the fat retard is so desperate for any attention that he jumps from e-daddy to e-daddy (Juju the cow, metokur, null, rekieta, etc)

So the contempt of court on ralph is for broadcasting the proceeding that he wasn't supposed to...what are the chances of him ending up squealing to the judge about nick paying him to witness intimidate and turning witness for it (regardless of true or not), in exchange for leniency on this contempt of court charge? Just a weird and funny thought.

So he's admitted he was paid by Nick Rekieta to commit crimes, in a case where Nick is already facing serious criminal consequences.

Great jerb pigfag.

I could go either way on that, TBH.

He might be full of shit as far as Nick paying him, but it's interesting to me that after all that bullshit Ralph pulled didn't work, Nick ended up also threatening Elissa with DMCA strikes, and also started talking about nude pictures.

There's a part of me that thinks Ralph was employed as an early effort to try to screw over Elissa. As we've seen more recently with Melton, Nick is clearly not above paying people to help fuck with his enemies. In Melton's case, it's Aaron. Ralph is so fucking poor, Nick probably wouldn't have to pay him all that much to get him to do something. Legal or otherwise.

Even if Nick isn't/wasn't paying him, he's still an unhinged piece of shit Balldoguard. He's a has-been bitch that has to do unsavory shit for Nick and JuJu to have any relevance anymore.

And now, because of that, he can't set foot on U.S. soil without being arrested. He gets what he deserves. Womp womp!

Ron Toye? The guy who is on legal record for threatening to murder his girlfriend's dogs and a judge's children? The fuckstick that has been convicted of domestic abuse? The soyboy that spent years going to any length to destroy Vic for no other reason than his sadistic pleasure? The weirdo that sent essays of texts to Nick trying to manipulate him with copious amounts of emojis which he admitted he uses to tamp down on his all-consuming rage? That Ron Toye? Nick is a fucker, but don't ever put forth Ron as a victim in anything ever.

It's hilarious the rage pig has permanently exiled himself from the United States to be a balldo guard.

Hilarious. He can't even step foot in the country his daddy left him, because he decided to spend days to travel to a 20 minute court hearing his master completely lost, then harass witnesses in the case and commit contempt of court, because he's just that retarded.

He committed crimes for his master, and gets nothing in return, other than permanent exile to the Third World, where he gets to hide forever.

The suggestion months ago was that CHIPS had a problem with April living with the Rekietas and that April being a visible part of Nick's life wasn't a good look in terms of the CHIPS case. Her presence or absence has only ever been relevant to the criminal proceedings in respect to her own charges and whether or not she would flip on Nick and Kayla.

I don't think this is true. Wanting to April "flip" on Nick and Kayla makes no sense. She offers nothing in terms of testimony regarding the charges they brought. They don't want or need her testimony to convict Nick/Kayla. The "look" they had a problem with was returning the children where a drug user lived. It was the same "look" that caused them to remove the children and they wanted to be able control who had contact with the children.

On the other hand, the state has two duties: 1) protect the Rekieta children that were in their care in July and 2) protect the public from criminals. If charging April with a felony was the most straightforward way to do that, so be it. Charging Nick and Kayla with drug felonies was the most straightforward way to protect the children from them.

Based on their promo, their plan to distract is to literally make shit up about Nick Rekieta ("REKIETA PLEADS GUILTY!?!" spoiler alert, no, he didn't) to try to distract.
They might be doing it to distract this time around, but it's worth noting this isn't the first time they prematurely announced Rekieta has plead guilty. They pulled THE SAME EXACT SHIT three months ago.

Independent of whether they're feeling the heat or not, nobody should ever use the Kino Casino as a primary source for anything.

Also, click bait video titles should be punishable by public flogging.

He committed crimes for his master, and gets nothing in return, other than permanent exile to the Third World, where he gets to hide forever.
Yeah, but he got to dab on people by eating some mediocre Mexican food for Thanksgiving and recording himself doing so. Aren't you jelly?

I'm totally jelly! All I had was the traditional Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc. Suffah non-ralphamales!

If he gets returned to Minnesota on the contempt of court charge, the police can question him about Aaron's hacked information. The information from others seem to suggest Ralph was given hacked information. That puts him in a potentially complicated position.

If he received hacked information, they can perhaps threaten him with something that will make him think a little about what his best option is. And if Ralph is boots on the ground in Minnesota, he is the obvious person to get to squeal on the others.
