Unless he's shaving everything which I doubt because even most women don't do that, they're still going to be uncomfortable. Getting hair stuck in spandex or elastic is not a fun experience.

I mean, I'm a guy and my thighs rub together because I have actual muscle there. I like the occasional tight shorts so I don't have to deal with that.

It's been mentioned ITT before, but part of the thrill surrounding bathrooms for trannies is the ability to invade a normally private and exclusive space. If there aren't any members of the gender they identify with, then the experience is ruined.
