Rekieta, and a whole bunch of others, got swatted throughout 2022, and into early 2023. IIRC, they hit Nick specifically in early 2022. By 2022, Weebwars was basically dead.

Popular opinion at the time is that it was groyper faggots, but it turned out to be Torswats. He was hit by Torswats.

I honestly don't recall him ever getting swatted during Weebwars (those KV fags were more about ethics complaints), but even if he did, it just further underscores the point none of this has anything to do with Aaron.

Wasn't Torswats also doing it for pay though? Couldn't it have been groypers paying Torswats? I think that would probably be consistent with other groyper hated figures (Metokur, Andy, post-betrayal Ralph) having been swatted by Torswats too.

Doesn't matter. Probable cause is at the time of granting the warrant. If there was no probable cause, the warrant was invalid and the evidence doesn't get in. The problem is there was probable cause at that time.

It's bullshit but I think the thought process here is to smuggle in the idea that the cocaine belonged to Aaron without directly saying as much, which of course will not work, but Balldo as Balldoes.

It could have been, yes. Though we now know the identity of the people actually getting their hands dirty. As do the authorities, thankfully.

Really, the point here is there is a absolutely zero proof that Aaron swatted Nick. He's a complete faggot for making that accusation (and yes, I am absolutely going to assume that's Nick, and not Kluver, because Nick is obsessed with Aaron and he's a control freak trying to get everybody on the same narrative).

First, he's got zero evidence. Secondly, it's irrelevant to his case. He's once again using these motions to attack his enemies, and not actually mount a credible defense (because he doesn't have one).

The only shocking thing here is that there's apparently at least two lawyers now that are willing to be co-opted by this bullshit. It's not very ethical or professional. It's dangerous, even.
