It really seems like the city is pissed off with Patty's nonsense and are getting ready to feed him into a pepperoni grinder. I wonder if there's any interaction with the city's counsel and whoever is presiding over this case in terms of office cooler talk. A clerk or something.

Also, reminder, the 'defendants' in this case are the City of Milwaukee and the LEO, not Patty, who filed.

A lot of the 'deny/lack knowledge', to my best understanding, are basically objections in that the police could not possibly know what Patty or his beard were thinking and that there isn't any information that supports the claim, but I'm sure the more legal minded folks will be happy to correct my dumb ass if I'm off on that.

But if this is accurate, Patty is going to learn a hard lesson about how simply saying something doesn't mean it did or will happen.

I really hope that he gets a judge who just reads him the riot act and reams his porcine ass. That one judge who handled him with kid gloves and was like a special needs aide trying to tard wrangle him did us all a disservice, because even as patient and understanding as he was, he still almost caused Patty to freak the fuck out in a court of law.

Hopefully we get a judge who is a little more Old Testament and Patty snorts and oinks his way into a contempt charge.

That's because they're literally quoted from the original document. That's what a response to a request for admissions looks like.

The impact is if you deny something and the other party has to pay money to prove it, you may be forced to pay their costs for doing so. So if Piggy squeals "no child" in response to something obviously true and forces the other side to prove it, he could end up paying for that.
