If someone is on drug monitoring due to being on bond for a drug charge, generally, at least in my area, part of the conditions of bond are to "remain sober," which would include prescription medications. What that means for people on, say, Adderall or Concerta, is that they can take those medications as prescribed, but can have their bond revoked if they abuse them. Some jurisdictions don't test for the level of metabolites, but some do, and if you're in a jurisdiction that does, they will revoke your bond if you piss hot for a level of metabolites that indicate a higher usage than what is prescribed.

Minnesota and his county must be fairly liberal on those things if the story is true that you can show up hours late to a pee test and not be jailed immediately.
I've also never heard of a "rehab" program where you can literally speedrun it by taking more meetings per week than normal, and go through it and still be; "damn those disgusting addicts are horrible, luckily I was never an addict" and get "clean papers" for completition.
Neither of those things would never fly in my Europoor country, but more you know...

Nick paid for the unconditional bail, he's doing all that for the CHIPS case, not his criminal case. His Barneswalking lawyer got the CHIPS case sealed, and there's no way to know whether there's been any consequences for any of that.

Rekieta has been trying to downplay the Aaron data breach on Twitter as "obvious jokes" — I don't know if "joking" about committing crimes is a good idea, but I'm not a lawyer.

It's interesting to note that Melton had been alluding to this "all-encompassing" big reveal, that is "life-shattering" with lots of "documented" and "provable" things since as early as Oct 31. During Melton's stream on Nov 07, he described a good analogy to this reveal as if Rekieta had "bugged" Aaron's house. This was all before Rekieta published his X post, alluding to having access to privileged personal information from Aaron, a fact that blew back on his face. Codeine is the worst for inducing this itching. Much worse than heroin or morphine. I believe it's a histamine reaction. Perhaps that's why it affected the places where you had ink on your skin more than other places?

Oh dear, no one would accuse him of lacking agency. He is clearly a deeply invested participant in his own and other people's demise. And no it does not change the facts or absolve him of his own evil inclinations. He has openly flaunted the very systems that would have kept him in check and his family safe and in doing so he has led him and other people closest him towards trouble.

Nick's downfall is not lamentable, as he is a willing participant. What is lamentable is that he brings his kids into this while farming for other suckers to feed off using his "lifestyle". He has no guilt in what this might have done longterm to others. He thinks he is liberating them.

He could turn it all around at any time but we all know olive branches aren't his thing. I don't think anyone is saying something else caused his situation, but rather, it has helped unEarth the very things he otherwise would've tried to keep under wraps and it has given the tools to bring himself and other people into these traits, but it was his choice in the end to play with these tools and to treat other people like actual toys or human garbage.

He literally was going to start an online harem centered around broken women like April and "Mandy". There is a pattern to the kind of women that he likes to approach. I guess so he could use his "celebrity" to farm whatever fucked up kink shit he is into that involves women with psych issues. Nick is sick as shit in the head regardless.
