He was never charged for throwing the soda in Los Angeles, which probably met the legal definition of assault, but I feel like this is a bit too brazen; I think he would have had a somewhat plausible argument for self defense had he pushed her away and slammed the door, but that he took her phone and the video itself showed her on the ground puts him in a very difficult position. I still think he's justified in using force to repel someone who came to his house explicitly to harass him, but, legally speaking, I think he's fucked if she decides to press charges. As we learned with the Boogie situation, being in the right morally speaking won't shield you from getting fucked by the law.
 
I hope Fuentes goes down like a bitch, and his entire online clique gets rolled up by the Feds.
