Yes and Yes.

But it is much worse in this case because Nick and Kayla are both key witnesses and the reason for the case being brought in the first place.
If it now turns out that at the time of the complaint they could access Aaron's google data, which could include phone data if he was using an Android at any time, then this entire case is done.

It is pretty much impossible to complain about someone distributing porn of yourself, while you could, in theory, access their accounts and manipulate the data that is there and/or send something out using their account and under their name.

And Nick just gave everyone confirmation and proof that they did in fact access Aaron's accounts and data. The RP case is dead and done for.
 
I finally got around to reading the Ethan Ralph warrant posts and, after doing so, I am thoroughly convinced that the DA is absolutely prepared to prosecute charges against Nick and the rest of the merry band of retards to the full extent of the law. The fact that this quite small jurisdiction in a very progressive state is willing to extradite nationally for a misdemeanor contempt of court charge is pretty wild. I don't realistically see a scenario where charges aren't brought against Nick for some kind of computer crimes.
 
Aaron is live and says that on "advise of counsel and authorities" he can't talk about things. But "a lot of laws have been broken", "it is remarkably serious", "there are multiple people involved [in committing the crime]", and there will be "in-person stuff" with the authorities tomorrow.

Also says the judge was pissed at Ralph, and that he had nothing to do with reporting him.

Nick accessing Aaron's account can easily be subpoenaed from Google if the authorities have a reason for getting a search warrant. Given his most recent internet sperg out, I'm pretty sure they have one. If he thinks the state bearing down on him sucks, just wait until the FBI gets involved.

The cough sounded really dry and irritated like the one you get from dehydration through drug use. Being on fast shit makes you more sweaty plus active and you don't notice the cold as much. I remember from the freeparties i was at a decade ago that the retards running around barefoot or without shirt sounded like this after a night of partying on coke/speed.
I wouldn't be surprised if the retard walks between the two houses with just light clothing on when he's high as fuck and sweaty cause the drugs and booze make him feel like it isn't cold at all.
 
I've got to really put some respect on the Sonichu curse, that shit seemed like it was petering out for a while, but I guess it was just the part in the Hall of the Mountain King where it goes quiet and plinky before REALLY kicking in.

Tbh I do feel quite sorry for the kids. Imagine thinking this a couple days ago:

They're both bad, but meth is stronger and works for a longer time while giving stronger redose urges so it'll deprive your health much faster. That and scoring clear meth is impossible, I guess Rackets had enough money to buy coke bricks which are relatively unadulterated. Imagine being the real lawyer in the room for all of this. Your client, an at least *nominal* lawyer himself decided, over the weekend to:
  • snort yet more nose candy,
  • plaster the results all over the public sphere of the internet,
  • llegally access another person's computer information,
  • plaster *those* results all over the public sphere of the internet
  • Torpedo any hope you may have had at winning a jury's sympathy for your client
I mean, all that's left is present the best possible plea you can get from the court (which your client has thoroughly antagonized) and twist this retard's arm into signing it. Or you quit. Simple as.

A few notes:

- Nick seethes at people saying he cannot 'preach while in adultery'. but he is not and is not aware that it was not allowed to 'talk about the Bible' unless you are perfect. He says that pastors are in trouble if that it true.

- He mis-states that Solomon was a child of adultery, when that child with Bathsheba died.

- He says that all the patriarchs might be allegorical, because their stories are 'short' and 'do not make sense' or 'inspire'. He thinks David was real.

Spoiler: Abraham, Jacob, Joseph and David's stores are not 'short'

- He talks about how God can be bound by magic words and blood sacrifice and other Jewish things. He thinks this is crazy and probably part of Jewish culture we cannot escape.

I think one aspect of this entire "Nick had access to Aaron's google data" has not been discussed properly yet.
And that is the fact that Aaron is a witness in the case against Nick and Kayla, and that confidential communication between the state and Aaron will have gone through the google email and potentially phone messenger services, which could also be tied to the google account and accessible from other devices if you control the email address.

This means Nick has not just been reading the correspondence between Aaron and his lawyer.
As the defendant in a felony criminal case he could have been reading the confidential communication between the prosecutor and a witness in that case.

This is mindblowing.
