Wouldn't the theft and leaking of such material be the sort of thing a lawyer could get disbarred for?
But it is much worse in this case because Nick and Kayla are both key witnesses and the reason for the case being brought in the first place.
If it now turns out that at the time of the complaint they could access Aaron's google data, which could include phone data if he was using an Android at any time, then this entire case is done.
It is pretty much impossible to complain about someone distributing porn of yourself, while you could, in theory, access their accounts and manipulate the data that is there and/or send something out using their account and under their name.
And Nick just gave everyone confirmation and proof that they did in fact access Aaron's accounts and data. The RP case is dead and done for.
