Burroughs beat his ass in every imaginable way. Burroughs managed to flee from the law FROM Mexico after shooting his wife point blank in the head and totally got away with it.
 
Ethan Ralph has just clarified that he's been contacted, and that this warrant was issued, for his "virtual attendance" at Aaron Imholte's revenge porn arraignment, rather than his in-person attendance at Nick Rekieta's omnibus hearing. He alleges a broader conspiracy targeted at Nick Rekieta by Minnesota and denies any involvement of Nick in his actions. I've edited my original post with this added information.

Humorously, he was not aware of the existence of a warrant until @Balldo's Gate posted it.

Ethan is now claiming that he will likely not be returning to the USA "until this matter is cleared up" due to concerns of extradition if he enters any other state. Any future developments will be posted in the Aaron thread or Ethan's thread.

Maybe Nick is deliberately trying to get his kids taken away so he doesn't have to take care of them anymore and can just goon 24/7, but the state is too incompetent

It probably has more to do with him actually engaging in witness intimidation and harassing Aaron. Maybe not even while he was in Minnesota but afterwards. In any event, it definitely has to do with Aaron. That doesn't mean Nick isn't an accessory. In fact, according to pigtits, it does.

They don't really have to do that. Just get in contact with the Mexican authorities and if they decide he's an undesirable they can throw him out on their own. Then extradite him from wherever in the U.S. he goes back to.
