It's hard to tell what's going on here, whether they're tweeting together and swapping phones, whether April has picked up Nick's mannerisms and speech patterns, or it's just Nick using her phone while she's zonked out on something. If it is Nick then she doesn't seem to mind Nick posing as her.

It's also 5:40 AM in the morning in Minnesota, which is Real Nigga Hours that Nick is generally up at. Still I do think it's either Nick or April. Yes, but surely this begs the question - where was April living prior to her getting a new place?

We all know, everyone who has been following this knows, but until she started making it very clear she didn't live with Nick it could have been an open question in court. I fail to see how confirming you don't live with Nick some 6 months later is relevant to anything.
