The anger seems very high this time around, which makes sense, just that I'm seeing it in real life interactions with friends and family and so they are open about it. Never experienced that in 2016. I hope I'm being a retard and wrong but I'm worried something crazy might happen. Its really sinking in for me that most people are so easily influenced. They get angry over things that often are hyper exaggerated our outright don't exist. Stupid things that aren't worth getting angry over.

A colleague was talking to me about it (I didn't elicit this, they chose to just talk about it assuming my political views side with them and I let them talk), someone I respect and is technically smart in his discipline and professional, let it slip that he 100% thinks people didn't vote for Kamala because she was a woman. He was so certain and legitimately angry about it. Just a completely objectively wrong, stupid, shallow take. The left is filled with so many pretentious, sanctimonious, delusional fools, with such a surface level, distorted, false take on what our world is.

Call me crazy but to me people simply were tired of these wars started under a weak US president... That we're dumping so much money into wars that the left seemingly want to continue instead of trying to find peace. Tired of such a bad economy and such crazy inflation, home costs, food costs. Despite every government claiming otherwise, people are feeling it in their day to day. That's the biggest influencer on people. Politics don't matter to most average people until that happens.

You could feel the pushback this year too with the far left woke/DEI/Trans BS. So many of these types of entertainment in movies, shows, and video games released as massive flops (Concord, Dustborn, Awakening 9, Suicide Squad, The Acolyte, Rings of Power, etc etc). You see it after the election people trying to find a sane left again and dropping the mental illness.

I'm very hopeful for the future, genuinely, though scared as well. I worry Trump might have his hands tied with restraints and democrats doing things like trying to commit a 5 year funding plan for these foreign wars that Trump couldn't back out of before they leave office. Ideally we roll back a lot of regulation. Maybe set limits for property tax. US seriously pursues mining its natural resources. Energy and logistics cost influence EVERYTHING. We could make that cheap and get out of debt. Energy is the most valuable thing on the planet. There are so many things we have that we can do to make things better. Really hope we see some progress there in 4 years (which is short for such BIG changes!). Here is hoping.

Bernie Sanders is much to blame for the advancement of clown world. He came at a perfect time where neoliberals were embracing globohomo, particularly after gay marriage was legalized across the country. Post-Gamergate, rise of SJWs, and the first time we heard about tranny issues in such a big scale.

Bernie and his simps are lost causes, that pissed away a golden opportunity to make themselves big.

Instead two paid off retarded sheboons cucked him at the mic, ending his campaign before it even began in hindsight.

With Trump winning against Harris there seems to be significant tension between the progressive and moderate portions of the Democratic party. I can imagine they feel this way because Harris was forced to moderate on issues like fracking and a whole host of other shit, and the Marxist progressives probably feel cheated out of Marxist utopia. They seemingly believe that she moderated for no reason, and those policies would be popular, somehow.

The question now is how the Democrats move on from this. One way out is to run some like Bernie or AOC, which the Bernie seems to want to do. Keep in mind hear that polling shows that Harris lead on issues like "helping the working class," whatever that means (page 36). It would appear that working class people, upper class people, middle class people are not myopic and believe that new wealth can be created through innovation and job creation, instead of simply extracted and transferred.

If the next Democratic candidate is someone like Bernie Sanders, and he refuses to moderate as Harris did, then they're probably going to lose in a landslide. Bernie Sanders is popular among one type of person only: Democratic party primary voters. Only the most committed vote in primaries, and progressives are this chunk for the Democrats.

What do you guys think, does the Democratic party blow up in a fight between moderates and progressives? Does the party moderate even more? Do they go even more leftwards?
It's more like actual moderates will continue to #walkaway, leaving the Progressives in charge of the party. Which is bad for the party because the leadership turns into AOC, who has the exact same speaking cadence as Amandlha Stenberg (Acolyte idiot). It's just as well, as Moderate Dems do not have a coherent philosophical basis for why they must moderate on issues; moderation is only to hide their power level. The so-called Moderates would go forever COVID lockdown given the chance because they tried to do so already until Putin found the cure for COVID.

So, for the Dems to make themselves viable again requires them to fix their State level issues in their core states first before attempting national campaigns. Which I find unlikely to happen because their energy policy is so dogshit.

Optimistic I know, but I do think we're rounding the corner on the 'weak men make hard times' era and going to return to greatness

If we're lucky and that turns out the be the case, it's super fortunate we did so without any public executions aside from the Democrat party's credibility

Shitlibs who say "dumbocracy dies in darkness" would be wise to realize that right wing schizo-racists with PVS-14s and tactically acquired PEQ-15s with sanded off serial numbers they bought on tacswap own the night.

Japan isn't some anime dream land. The only "foreigner" they truly accept are white straight men. Try that feminism/blm/lgbt shit there you'll get smacked down like a kamikaze hitting a trench. They make maga or project 2025 look tame. Most of Asia are openly racist/sexist/homophobic.

Scott Presler is the gay revenge on troons that was long overdue

So many gay kids trooned out instead of just being what they are, doctors and nurses who do axe wound and armdick surgeries joke about how they're lololocausting homosexuals with this troon shit

LGB, rise

I do want to point out I've never seen him animated of heard him speak. Just still pictures.

The man is absolutely fruity and I find that hilarious that he delivered PA to Trump on a silver platter.
Trump has never been particularly hostile to gays, as far I know, so I don't know why they would have animus towards him other than the fact many gays tend to be libshit in general (not all, obviously). Trump seems content to not re-fight the gay marriage issue.

I'm happy he's serious about the troon shit though.

Can't even get the first name right. It was brock turner.
Actually, Toby Turner was accused of rape in 2016. Whether he actually did it or not is another matter. You know how these things are.

It's very disturbing that they are convinced they know everything just because they have a surface level understanding of something and refuses to acknowledge any nuance. I think a major liberal point of pride is to know everything, and they cannot even fathom that there's stuff they don't really understand. Everyone needs to know that the Latino countries are full of hardworking poor people that need to come here even if illegally, like a story straight from a children's book that covers none of the details. They go on and on about seeing all these little clues and easter eggs in their movies and shows, but they are unable to recognise similar hints in reality if they aren't pointed out to them.

For some of this I agree with you, but there's a lot of stuff in space that the US would be wise to get their hands on first. Asteroid mining, if we could eventually pull it off, would be insane for the rare metals alone. The moon is also important, not only because eventually it's a place people could go to but it also has a shit ton of helium-3 which some scientists think could be the key to getting energy from nuclear fusion.

I'm also pro-moon base because the moon is really easy to lift off on. Taking rockets off of Earth is hard but everything is a lot lighter on the moon so you can refuel rockets (hopefully with fuel made on the moon) to go and do other stuff in space. Hopefully the perviously mentioned asteroid mining.

Most importantly, everyone knows thanks to the brilliant mind of Brianna Wu that a single rock dropped from the moon has the power of a million nuclear bombs, can't let the space terrorists get their hands on that.
Wasn't that moon rock thing from a matpat video about a call of duty game in space?

Is he on drugs? The math isn't even there. Decision Desk has the GOP at 216, and they're leading in most of the races left. Who feeds these retards information?

It just adds the narrative.

The old demented puppet that the Dems cruelly danced around in front of the world until he was literally unraveling bites their hand as they are just about to put him out to pasture. He deliberately sabotages the Kamala campaign and brokers an exit-deal with Trump for he and his people. Flips off Obama and rides off into the sunset.

He probably deserves worse, but he will soon enough go to face the Lord's justice anyway. He spent many of his final years as a blood-bag for a hive of psychopaths, let him eat ice cream and then shuffle off the earth in peace if it helps Trump.
If Biden closes out his career by sabotaging the Dems then he'll be meeting his end with dignity. Consider the example of Dianne Feinstein. The party rewarded her for her years of service by reducing her to a pitiful half-dead meat puppet wheeled into the Senate so her staff could vote for her. In the end their system is devoid of honor or gratitude, seeing people as no more than instruments to be exploited. However, even someone as corrupt and venal as Joe Biden still has a soul, and the inability of the elite to understand this seems to be one of their key weaknesses. If Biden is turning on them, it means he has managed to learn something over his long career, that the system he serves (served?) doesn't truly care even for someone who has invested their entire life into it and won countless victories for its sake.
