Just came in to work as we are on a tactical alert in case shit hits the fan in Spokane. I helped "navigate change" by buying doughnuts / bagel for the entire agency.

EDIT: It's extra funny, because she promised if everyone voted, there would be a half grade bump. As far as I can tell, only me and like three others actually did.

Curious if Mr Trump and his political team orchestrated this whole thing by purposefully losing the last election due to the potentially Covid fallout and the already anticipated war in Ukraine which the "next" President had to deal with. And maybe old Biden and face- and useless VP.

Trump shows more unaffected humanity than any presidential candidate I can recall. I think he gets forgiven for a lot because of that. The rambling speech that he made when the election was all but called, where he was grabbing topics out of the air, was endearing in a way that is alien to most politicians. You could tell he was exhausted; utterly spent, but he was still playing to the crowd because he recognised that they needed to hear him talk, just as on the day of the attempt on his life they needed him to rise up, slightly bloodied, but unbowed and undefeated. It didn't have to be a great speech. All it needed to be was an acknowledgement of what had occurred. The longer he went on, the funnier it became. It was even funnier if you were watching MATI, because Josh had been up all night and wanted to go to bed, but he couldn't because Trump was rambling about how America has the greatest Ents - real patriotic tree people - and how he was going to give them all jobs in American sawmills.

Kamala, if you look at her closely, has some squirrel DNA, but she can't go back to the squirrels and the other woodland folk. Not after Peanut. I think she should probably become a cyborg. There is something of an outdated AI about her. If her face fell off and underneath there was circuitry and blinking diodes it wouldn't surprise me. She should capitalise on that by acquiring a robot arm that fires a grapple hook.

'just talked to another Black with a criminal record who likes Trump.

Trump only became more relatable to Blacks after he's been shot at, convicted of 30some felonies, and locked up at the infamous Rice Street jail in Atlanta.
