The problem with the A-10 is that its old, we mock the russians for still using soviet-era stuff but the A-10 is literally from that era and made for that era, see the Fulda Gap. We need a new COIN plane, but not a half-assed one like the tucano, one with dual turboprops for redundancy and better loitering time plus affordability, proper datalink so its connected to everybody from soldiers on the ground to recon and wingman drones, and focused on precision rather than "big gun makes noise haha".
Seems to be the usual israeli cocksucking purely on the basis of tech
We know NATO burned $160 million on that NAFO nonsense. At this point if you think lazershit's patreon is actually organic and not funded with propaganda money coming from people who are also very aligned to israel then I got a bridge to sell you.

Trust me, the moment the propaganda money stops nobody is going to shill for israel anymore. Most young evangelicals don't like israel and with the ethnic shift in the western world its becoming political suicide to stan for that colonial ethnostate. The only reason you still got people defending them is because their employers tell them. That and random accusations of antisemitism that are becoming powerless.
Why is that fucked up? 27 and 19 aren't very far apart in age. Why has this even popped up in the past couple years where people suddenly get weird about age gaps between adults in a relationship?
Aging millennial feminists started pushing this because millennial men don't want to date them let alone "put a ring on it".
Guess the kids are being haram now.

I talked to a Ranger who had the XM25 issued to his battalion in I believe '09. It works, 20mm airbust works. A single smart 20mm is worth two dumb 40mms according to him. It's a problem of cost/weight/reliability.
Wasn't the xm25 25mm though? 1 inch? Not 3/4ths inch or whatever 20mm is? I'm just saying slight diameter changes result in MASSIVE volume changes. I remember the 20mm ammo for the OCIW having severe issues actually doing damage due to electronics filling most of the space

It has hopefully put the final nail in dispensationalism's coffin. If not theologically, then certainly out of sheer frustration of Gen X women making every missile in the region fired a sign of the imminent return of Christ for the last half century.

Millennials didn't just pull up the ladder behind them romantically, they did so morally. Pedohunting is one of the few ways someone can still be allowed to feel like they're a moral person, but only if they do it in the acceptable forms. It's why you'll see people who will sperg about anime porn in one breath and then play defense for drag queen storytime in another.

You are correct, it was 25mm. (Was that why it was designated XM25? No. But fun to imagine.) But his impression was smart ammo, as a concept, was golden. Squad organic smart munition throwers would be a bigger game changer than drones. Just a question of making them work in practicality.

Optimistic.

Oh that I don't doubt. The issue is bolting a airburst micro munition launcher on top of a rifle. Might as well give him a M240 with a 200 round belt for all that weight. As a separate unit though it has promise.

Edit: It's a copy of the Daewoo K-11. How much is functional is a mystery.
It is entirely functional, after all, in North Korea everything is possible if you believe enough in the Dear Leader.

I wonder if the North Koreans retarded enough to issue some of those ghetto OICW to the units they sent to Russia to fight in the Ukraine war.

Just a reminder, the Ukies have been making great use of Crimean War-vintage Maxim Guns for most of the duration of the war.
A gun from a war that happened thirty years before it was created? The dual linked (I swear I've seen tri-linked as well) Maxim's do speak to me on a deep level though.

Measured psychological maturity is now happening after school. A typical 19 year old today has the maturity of a 14>>16 year old in in 1975. Also, having worked with 22 >> 24 year old interns in the past few years I can only imagine the shit show that is a typical 19 year old. Also, 27/2 + 7 means 21 is the acceptable age.

Other than that, why the hell does the age of consent come up in online communities this frequently? I mean this seriously. It can't all be literal pedos and/or Muslims all the time, right? Why would anyone naturally bring up this topic? I don't think I've ever had this discussion in person yet I see it monthly online.

Wasn't there some open question on whether or not air burst munition below two inches in size violated one of the Geneva Conventions or some other weapons of war treaty?

On twitter it's gender war shit. Older women complain dating younger women is gross, men call them hags, everyone escalates until we're cancelling Hitler for meeting Eva Braun when she 14.

No clue. It could be the same provision that bans JHP.

Unbelievable, after all he did. Highways, tin can cars, wood gas. He even killed Hitler

A disregard that; I suck cocks. The restriction is an explosive projectile under 400 grams and it dates back to 1868. The United States was not a signatory to the treaty. The exact spec does not appear to come up in the later Geneva Conventions, where expanding/deforming in the human body munitions are an issue, so I believe that it's really only much of Europe, Japan, and Brazil that are signed onto this treaty. Seriously, Brazil. No, not the United States, fucking Brazil.

Apparently the United States was not invited to the negotiations because it was not considered a great power. In 1868. Mind you, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, and Württemberg were.

It might be that the United States seeks to match or exceed the standards of some of NATO so they self restricted. I don't believe this is good policy.

1. The Maxim was from the late 1880s, they were not used in Crimea. In fact Crimea preceeded even the gatling gun.
2. The Maxim is still probably the best widely available gun for the very specific niche of continuously showering an enemy with lead due to being water cooled. Water cooled MGs kind of fell out of fashion after the first world war as aviation/combined arms broke things away from static defense trench warfare because water is heavy and inconvenient. Since neither side can SEAD and mount effective combined arms offensives we're back to the war that the Maxim was specifically designed to fight.

HMGs in general have not advanced much since WWII because the main thing you're getting out of an enhancement in the context of small arms is improved ergos or weight savings and with a HMG that will be mounted in a fixed position or on a vehicle that isn't as relevant. They could make something better today, but not better enough to justify the cost of changing everything. Hence why the M2 is pushing 100 and nobody is even discussing a replacement.

It's the reason why as of recently the US has introduced 9mm hollow points into the supply chain. We didn't sign that treaty and it's gay our troops can't use what the cops at the local PD can.

They have a bolt action OICW built off a '74
