From what I understand actual intersex people (what we'd once have called hermaphrodites) are vanishingly rare. Troons and their handmaidens conflate hermaphrodite numbers with things like Klinefelter syndrome to inflate the percentage of 'intersex' people so they can try to more reasonably claim the status of intersex for themselves.
There's actually no such thing as what people mean when they say "hermaphrodite" - there has, to my knowledge, never been a human being with fully functioning female and male gonads. There have been some very, very rare cases of individuals with both ovarian and testicular tissue, but both are never functional. That's just how it works. If anyone tries - and I've seen many troons do this - to claim that they have functional testes and ovaries, they're completely lying.
Klinefelter is a genuine DSD, so they're not inflating numbers with that one. Typically the condition troons will try to categorize as a DSD in order to inflate the numbers of people with DSDs for their own purposes is PCOS, which is
not a DSD but does cause elevated testosterone levels in natal females.
Basically, unsurprisingly, troons are stupid and don't do their research. In other news, water is wet and the sky seems to be a peculiar shade of blue.

I love when troons do shit like this and think they're really saying something deep or whatever when they're actually just reinforcing for the 43984039349834th time how intensely misogynistic their entire movement is. The idea that male and male-exclusive is the "default setting" for everything is a super basic building block of sexism - when male is treated as the default state of humanity, people are encouraged to dismiss and ignore women. We had to have a whole movement just to influence children's media, for example, to stop only showing male professionals because it was teaching little girls that they didn't
get to grow up to be doctors, lawyers, cops, etc. because they only ever saw men in those roles.
Also this reminded me for some reason of that disgusting flyer trannies put up at Michfest back in the day, with a picture of a troon with a huge dick on it that said they were more woman than any of the women there (in grotesque sexual terms, naturally). Similar levels of gross misogyny, albeit less overtly sexualized.
