Not gonna say what anyone should do, as I'm not a lawyer and only in charge of my own life; but at the rate Nick is going, outside of doxing yourself, I don't think Nick has the stones to fucking follow through with the DMCA process. You upload a video, someone else DMCA's it, you then have to file an appeal, and IIRC the aggrieved party has 30 days to go to the courts, since the DMCA is a legal doctrine. Nick's out of a job, or at least making very very little, since he just came back, has a handful of legal troubles already, at most, he'll try to fight the DMCA himself, because God knows he can't afford a real attorney.

Not gonna tell @elb how to run her life, but at the same time... please do it... it'll be fucking funny.

All that aside, if Kayla and April aren't really dead; I'm half-ass expecting Josh to get what he thinks is a shower call, but is really Rekieta's last words as he does a Stan with both women (April being pregnant) in the truck of his Mustang.

I'd love to see nick strike someone, that person challenge the strike, and Nick actually file another lolsuit. Nobody tell him about the results of akilah v sargon where the judge ultimately ruled that sargon's upload of clips from an akilah hughes video was transformative despite it having zero original content or commentary (just rearranged clips and a new title)

At least we know Nick wasn't going out and looking for boulders, his heat allergy and twiggy arms wouldn't allow it. He was probably teaching his 8 year old how to hunt for Parmesan Cheese in the carpet.
 
During his coke spiral in the spring, Nick was losing massive amounts of weight. At his low point, he reached 145lbs (according to him). I think that was down from claimed weight over 200 before he started losing. This is at a height well over six foot.

He didn't have any alcohol weight to lose in rehab. He should have been gaining weight over the past few months just by not doing coke and eating better. His face looks like he has found some entirely new bad habit that will put him back on that death trajectory that he was on with coke.

He also seems even more mentally deranged than he was during the summer. Everything about him says terminal junkie now. The type of terminal junkie that is going to go into the garage and huff paint if you cut off his coke.
