Males that were puberty blocked don't have a large enough penis or scrotum to use as material so the typical procedures, which are penile inversion and scrotal, aren't available to them. The most common procedure from what I've seen is colonvaginoplasty. So if he's had that then it's very possible he excretes fluid from his neovagina.

The other procedure that the puberty blocked get is called peritoneal vaginoplasty and it also claimed by some to self-lubricate but the reports are conflicting.

I feel terrible for cases like these. This wasn't some dumb coomer adult that let a fetish get out of hand, this is a poor child that was groomed and completely failed by his parents. At 7 years old he wouldn't know shit about "gender identity", he was 100% groomed into believing this nonsense.

I see two big reasons why some men do troon their boys out.
First is the above example; homophobia. Second is for sexual reasons e.g. for molestation purposes, having a sexual fetish for trannies/sadism (emasculation of others) or the father is an AGP who is projecting onto his child.

Social points/sympathy might be a the #1 reason for the woman to troon their kid but it's a lesser reason for men.

I can see it if you've lived under a rock and don't realize that there's a troonery trend. If you get one of the trannies that are fortunate enough to be effeminate before trooning out, you might skip over their masculine features (provided they're not sporting a 5 o'clock shadow and a baritone voice) if you've never encountered one before nor realized that's a thing some dudes are doing.

Excuse my laziness as I don't want to screenshot this dudes entire post history, but he's the epitome of a personality disorder: no identity, clinging onto those around him for traits.


The tldr is that he's a possibly closeted gay man with no bottom dysphoria, no issues with his male self but wants to transition semi medically without socially transitioning. Basically he wants to eternally be a cute twink (specifically states he doesn't want to look like his aging average dad), but only wants to do it if it'll make him pretty. He says he's only 5'5 but 120lbs, pretty light for a dude.

His one and only friend ended up trooning out, and they had a brief relationship. That's when trannyism entered his head. It seems as if his relationship with this friend relied a lot on tabletop RPGs, in which he laments that he will never have another friend like the troon who he's spent 1000s of hours creating a fictional world with.

He admits to trying to create a whole new voice for himself but blames peoples annoyance on homophobia, not the fact that he's forcing some unnatural annoying ass way of speech.

He alternates between posting in r/gaybros and /asktrangender.

Apparently has been cleared for autism but just recently started wellbutrin because he thinks he "might be" depressed, and says he can't feel much love or desire for friendships or love - not even from his own parents, who he says were decent parents.
