It's made out of 3d printed titanium and aluminum parts, why do you need AP rounds? Is he threatened by it because it can get up from a prone position while he would just turtle there?
My understanding that you need quite a number of licenses and stuff to be able to purchase AP rounds something Patrick could never get given his history. They're also going to wonder what you're doing with say a 7.62x54R Tungston round. It's not like being able to get military grade wifi equipment back in the day by checking boxes claiming you're miltary.As I understand it, he can buy all the green-tip 5.56 he likes, but if he tries buying AP bullets for his overaccessorized Glock or his peashootin' PS-90, he's gonna wind up SOL and possibly on a watchlist.
