Let me cite an example that happened in this very thread:

Spectre got caught out socking here. Null banned his sock and him put him on blast. On Twitter, Spectre claimed Null is wrong he never even visits KF anymore. Come to find out, on a livestream the night before, he was seen scrolling through this thread in a web browser (not just "things that were sent to him"). That, like this, was unraveled in a span of hours, because they were both utterly retarded.

I cite this example in particular because I have seen zero evidence Spectre is a cokehead.

Some people are just stupid and lie pathologically. Nick, like Spectre, is one of those people. They don't need drugs to act the way they do.

(Other people have cited Ralph's initial reaction to the revenge porn, where he blamed a hack, but that's not as good an example IMO because Ralph almost certainly was massively fucked up, as he often is).

Mind you, I'm not saying Nick wasn't on drugs when he made that tweet. He very well could have been. I'm just saying drugs aren't always an excuse/reason for that behavior. He can do this shit sober, just as well. Nick is intrinsically an amoral and scummy person. At most, the drugs and alcohol just enhance it.

I wanna be clear on that point. Nick is gonna try and shirk personally responsibility for everything. I, for one, am not going to give him a pass for anything just because he's a known crackhead.

If he really wants to salvage things, he should come back after two years and make up an elaborate redemption arc about rehab or finding Jesus (again). Some people would buy that.

Yesterday I thought he 100% had a deal on the table he was accepting and that's why he was acting smug and running his mouth again, now I'm thinking he might just be high again. He really should have gone to rehab.

however I still think he is gonna get out of this with a slap on the wrist, yes he's retarded, yes he's wasting everyone's time, yes he's an ungrateful retard who can't see how incredibly soft everyone has been on him and how much grace he's being given.

But he's still a first time offender with five kids the state doesn't want to split up and he's a lawyer so there's probably a tiny bit of in group preference happening. Yeah they have him dead to rights and he's gotta be difficult to deal with, but the legal system is there to deal with people difficult to deal with, and usually much worse than Nick.

I think people assume that bring a dick to the judge is like a surefire way to get maximum sentences but that's not normally what happens.

If he doesn't take a deal he's going to get maybe a very short amount of jail time like less than a year, but probably not even that, if he does take it I'm assuming he's going to get a suspended sentence with a probation officer and maybe a suspended legal license.

  • Not get addicted to booze and drugs
  • Not neglect your children and give them cocaine
  • Not be a faggot
  • Not have an open swinger marriage
  • Not call people pedophiles with no evidence
  • Not associate with pedophiles
  • Not berate judges who are presiding over your criminal and civil cases
  • Not use the balldo
  • Etc.
Now that I think about, that's a lot of things one should NOT do, almost as if his issues derive from his poor behavior and NOT his situation, which by all accounts should have set him up for great success.

Plus, he deleted that tweet PDQ. We almost didn't get it. I really think he wanted to do an op on Sean, but then thought better of it. The fact he thought better of it strongly suggests at least some of those neurons must have been firing.

Unless we're going with Bob and/or Celeste watching him like a hawk it telling him to delete it, but the thing with that is you'd think they would want him to try and claim he wasn't in Aaron's chat. Being in Aaron's chat is a dumb move.
