Trump made the ultimate American pilgrimage: serving fries in McDonald’s.

There’s no fucking way this guy can’t win now. It was so charming and he looks so happy, you can feel the seethe when MSNBC reported on it.

Trump IS the joy campaign.
I've been saying this, but they'll have to kill or him cheat so bad it'll be Civil war all out. The people aren't going to stand for him losing anymore.

Her shit now she put up? No joy.

Trump getting into the weeds, so to speak, and looking natural there, is such a powerful image. It shows he will work for the people, not use them to just enrich himself.

Joe Biden isn't even that bad compared to Kamala, at least he had an ounce of class. Not to mention the dems can't handle his trolling.

They'd rather rule over a pile of ashes and bodies than give the American people what they want. Not being a doomer, just saying. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

"TRUMP WORKING THE FRYER IS JUST A STUNT!!!!"

Uh, yeah. It's called marketing dumb-ass. Most political propaganda is made up of stunts. It's kind of the name of the game.

I do see many more Trump signs than Harris-Walz in my area of the state but I suspect Harris will still take it, even if only by a cunthair. People here vote blue mainly because it's a force of habit. No real conviction behind it.
I see more houses with Trump signs, but more total Harris signs because the people with them fill their whole yard like lunatics

Trump can actually speak to people off the cuff whereas Kamala is so incredibly scripted and insincere in everything she does that she can't speak like a human.

For all his flaws, he feels like real person and she feels like a fucking robot.

In honor of the occasion, I’m sharing one of my favorite lolcow freakout moments. It could not be more relevant than it is right now.

I remember how shitty and pissed off the left was over that, and the pictures and videos coming out of these big monster college football players just grabbing 4-5 burgers or fish and just having huge grins on their faces. the idea of packets of ketchup and mustard being in some 150 year old gravy boat that might have used for all these state meals and foreign leaders of state; That just really summed up Trump's time in office, for me at least. A lot more going on there as well, fast food being a fuckign staple for college kids is lost on these shitbags, the idea that trump is a germaphobe seems to be lost on them as well. Having fast food is more about sterile than being afraid of being poisoned too.

His life before joining politics was so much more open and going around talking to normal people, he just can't help it it's part of his nature. Where as with these career politicians in the democratic party their life has been the opposite, as they reach positions of power their life becomes more and more public.

What is the point Trump is making with working at McDonalds for a day?
That Kumala lied about working at McDonald's and he's mocking her for it

Mocking and otherwise ridiculing and humiliating people is 99.99% of politics

How can anyone on this site be against him?
I don't like Trump as a person a lot of the time. He's standard American businessman which means he has fucked over a long list of normal humans over the course of acquiring his wealth and there's a long list of unpleasant things about him.

However this is substantially more true of every American businessman, most of whom are substantially worse than Trump given how little the entire political and media apparatus could dig up on him. Even more true of the career politicians who pass those laws and the judges who rubber stamp them. Which is who is sat on the other side of the political see-saw he is on.

He is also substantially less fake than his opponents. And that's astounding given his skin and hair are blatantly artificial. However I do feel some of his appreciation for his supporters and what they are doing for him is genuine. His reaction after the assassination attempt alone shows that he is committed.

I don't think Trump should run a country. But he's the nominee, he did so previously without disaster and were I American I'd vote him as the least terrible option.

Absolutely. I'm convinced this moment is what cemented Trump's first election.
I remember this guy who obviously smoked far more weed than I did at the time and was likely very much a bernie bro walking around the college campus in 2016 displaying a sign that said "lock her up". The campus ended up shutting him down but he got a lot of cheers, from me included.
