I'm of the opinion that testosterone influences people to seek out sexual partners. Let's be honest, we're mostly men here. We can get pretty assertive and sexually engaging if we don't actively control ourselves. It correlates directly with men being overwhelmingly represented in sex crime statistics, so I'm hoping that given enough time trans women will eventually become largely harmless aside from trying to convince other people that they could be trans. Ideally the HRT will diminish their aggressiveness which would diminish their capacity to force their sex drives on anyone else, if they would have to begin with.

It correlates somewhat to anecdotal experience I've had where trans women have told me in private that they felt significantly less aggressive and fostered less sexual thoughts after months and years on HRT.

One can hope. If trans people are going to continue existing, then the trans women being reduced to being as threatening to other women as another woman is better than nothing.

I met my girlfriend barely a month after my egg cracked, and was shocked to bits that in the six years prior, they had had a grand total of ZERO dates. Yes, they're older than I am and I am significantly older than most of the transfemme mainstream; and her looks are unconventional... but I knew already from Discord interactions that they're a really kind, sensitive and insightful person. I did some cursory research not too long ago and stumbled across this study:

The impact of testosterone-lowering medication on recidivism in individuals convicted of sexual offenses

The study shows that all male offenders who were given testosterone lowering drugs (like Salvacyl) had around half the recidivism rate for sexual offenses and even more for violent offenses. This excerpt is incredibly interesting though:

Recently, the first double-blind placebo controlled RCT on the effectiveness of GnRH-antagonist Degarelix® was published (Landgren et al. Citation2020). Degarelix-acetate is a GnRH-antagonist that lowers testosterone-levels to castration levels within a few days. Since GnRH-antagonists can decrease testosterone in a very short time, short-term study duration (measurements after two and ten weeks) was sufficient. The measured risk score as well as sexual preoccupation decreased significantly compared to the placebo group (Landgren et al. Citation2020). However, in contrast to GnRH agonists, GnRH antagonists have not yet been considered in the above-mentioned international guidelines. And the sample used is not a sample of high-risk offenders. Furthermore, a standardised risk score and not recidivism was used as a criterion for effectiveness.

Ironically many food addicts tend to have neurotransmitter disorders like ADHD and once they're treated psychiatrically their diet tends to improve. Regardless I think you should read the study I posted. It heavily implies a lot of sex crime is contingent on male levels of test, i.e., someone with those delusional desires likely won't act on them without the test. This is even supported by women being astronomically underrepresented in sex crime stats.

Women are under reported in crime stats not because they don't offend but because they're simply seen as less able to commit such crimes. People are just easier on women who commit crimes as well and they might not get a permanent record (it was their first offense shop lifting after all and that sweet lady didn't know she was 30 over the speed limit!) Most sex offenses do not happen by physically overpowering the other person but through manipulation, being in a more powerful social role, or through taking advantage of a drunk/drugged person. There are many, many women with dangerous psychological profiles, and the only reason they're not taken seriously is because women are supposed to be like nurturing and stuff and like they can't beat someone in a street fight!

I know the TERFs on the farms don't like to hear it but it's true. If T was the sole reason almost all men would be violent and sexually aggressive in a criminal way but this is not the case. The truth is that a small portion of them do but there are always multiple offenses for each of them. People see the number of victims and think each one has a different attacker but it's actually the case that the type of person who rapes and assaults people has many different victims. Which is way whenever someone misbehaves in such a way they should be basically shunned forever.
