Edit: I am surprised that you can bail someone out with a credit card in New Orleans. Maybe that credit card charge is going to a bond bailsman.

Edit: Jeremy cannot use a bails bondsman for this because Tarl is not from the state of Louisiana.

I can just imagine the moment after he hit her—the frantic attempt to stop her from going to the police. The fear and desperation he feels, realizing he’s in deep trouble, is like opium to me.

He appears to have been arrested on September 30, 11pm local time, and booked into the Orleans jail Octover 1, 0930am. Bond is set for $7500. Louisiana does not allow mugshots of those until convicted, thought they are supposed to repeal this for violent crime.

The charge against Tarl is

RS 14:35.3 — Domestic abuse battery​

A. Domestic abuse battery is the intentional use of force or violence committed by one household member upon the person of another household member without the consent of the victim.
...
On a first conviction, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the offender shall be fined not less than three hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars and shall be imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than six months. I would think they would consider him a flight risk and not let him go on bail right? I don't guess the cops would know that though.
 
I'm willing to bet this was on his ex wife, there was. YouTuber UndeadChronic was saying he had footage of Styx chasing around his ex wife with a katana over the past few months. He swore he'd release it, I guess now maybe we'll see it.

(The only reason I trust him is he found out about Jack Murphy before anyone did.)
