The thing is that Nick thought he was the best invention since sliced bread, wanted everyone to be on HIS talking heads panel commenting on a trial and defer to his superior legal judgements and opinions.
At the same time he did NOT want to pay anyone for being there and was practically speaking paying them in exposure, which has been and will always be a bitch way to pay people to appear on YOUR show.

If people invest multiple hours of their lives to listen to Rakieta talk nonsense about legal issues and a trial that is ongoing, then they at least need to get paid for it.

Its absolute faggotry to have a big court room and cameras there, host a show to exploit the case for personal monetary gain or appear on a panel that will help you get reach and/or get paid to do so, and then bitch about people having a reaction to the idiocy going on there.

All lawyers that were active participants in the case behaved themselves, but even they joined in when there was a joke made by a witness and chuckled while the gallery had a good laugh.
