I suspect that Nick expected Aaron to do what he has always done in the past. Plea guilty and throw himself at the mercy of the court.

The problem here is that the prosecutors over charged. I suspect that they have a huge uphill battle to try and nail him on his intent to harass by sharing that single nude with Geno.

Aaron's lawyer knows that this could easily get knocked down and are probably evaluating the evidence or lack of evidence with the prosecutors, prior to making a plea deal based on what the prosecutors can actually prove in court.

Melton said at the start of the stream that he exchanged DMs with Rekieta for almost 6 hours earlier that day, but didn't seem to divulge much that was said. (Note: I did not watch or even check the stream that thoroughly, since Melton often gets high to the point where he has trouble expressing thoughts during his stream.)

It's actually entirely the audiences' fault for refusing to accept Nick's decision to stop doing everything that made him popular in the first place and replace it with talking about how degenerate he is and hitting on wine moms! It's also their fault for mistakenly thinking he ran a law channel just because that was the bulk of his earlier content and his channel had law in its name!

What's weird and funny about Nick is that he'll argue semantics, gaslight, use intentionally vague wording, go through all the steps of the Narcissist's prayer, use logical fallacies and appeal to plausible deniability but in the end if he thinks that won't work he'll just straight-up lie too, making the previous steps pointless.
Ultimately even if you construct the perfect gotcha he'll either give you a copout non-answer or he'll just deny reality and lie to your face. The only way to deal with someone like this is call him a faggot and move on.

Outside of the implication via police report against Aaron, is that the first instance of him publicly admitting to the swinging stuff? Also, and I have no idea when this stream occured, Rekieta was talking about the shit Drexel does. I remember him saying something along the lines of Drex is his friend but it does not change the fact that Drex does degenerate shit, and that he (Rekieta) does not. So the guy either does not remember or he is lying because he did portray himself as not being into swinging/cucking.
