Aaron should get the locals stuff together then tell the prosecutor that Kayla told him she liked it when he showed her off. Said it was flattering. If Nick doesn't have something in writing or a previous message he's going to have an uphill battle trying to prove what Aaron says is a lie.

I don't doubt that she liked the thought of it, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't ultimately hate herself (and Nick) for acting on it. Nick probably thought he'd hit the jackpot when Kayla told him about her cuckquean kink. He didn't realize he was actually stepping into a minefield. Even if she enjoyed watching Nick with another woman in the moment, Kayla almost certainly also felt guilty, disrespected, and ashamed after the fact.

I remember watching Nick go over the Toye divorce docs and thinking how utterly fraudulent he seemed throughout. He put on this grand show of sympathy and outrage for Ron's family, but he's always been a shitty actor. It was obvious that all he felt was sadistic glee at the chance to drag his hated enemy. He was clearly more than happy to throw Ron's wife and son under the bus in the process. Nobody seemed to notice at the time, I guess because they all hated Ron too.

It turns out that KF user @Mike Stoklasas Spock Ears had noticed WEEKS PRIOR to the public revelation that Aaron was allegedly dating a woman named Ann, that Nick Rekieta had started following her account on Instagram!

Aaron mentioned on a stream last week that after April's motion to dismiss had been denied without prejudice, Nick had responded by shower calling "someone in my life", without identifying who it was, saying Rekieta was "trying to gaslight them" against him.



NOTE: Aaron implies the messages were allegedly sent after April's motion to dismiss was denied, which would mean they were sent last week, which based on the post by @Mike Stoklasas Spock Ears would mean that Rekieta was already following her for weeks by this time.

This was too vague to be noticed at the time. But Nick Rekieta, in addition to appearing on Vito Gesualdi's good friend Patrick Melton's podcast ("Nobody Likes Onions") for a brief interview, sat in the live chat and watched Melton's stream for nearly 2.5 hours at minimum.

Rekieta's first message to the live chat was timestamped at 59:27 into the stream and the last was sent at 3:24:13.

When Melton covered the above clip, Nick Rekieta PUBLICLY ADMITTED in the live chat contacting Aaron's new girlfriend.

He claims to have been "messaged first", though the screenshots by @Mike Stoklasas Spock Ears, at least initially he was following Aaron's new girlfriend but not vice versa. (Of course, in Rekieta word game logic, "she messaged me first" could simply mean "Why did you follow me?")

Note that while Nick Rekieta OPENLY BRAGS about contacting Aaron Imholte's new girlfriend, he has the gall to claim that Aaron discussing his own life as Nick Rekieta's wife's boyfriend hanging out in the Rekieta marital bed is "harassment".
