I think he's going to have a harder time dealing with the felony than you think. Why wouldn't there be an intent to harass? This is someone who recently pled to a HRO violation against another former ex-lover.

It was predictable that the polycule would push the harassment narrative in an attempt to prevent Aaron talking about them on his show. They know this worked for his first ex-wife.

L for the Toe but seriously I highly doubt he'll get jail time since no images were leaked from it and it will be extremely hard to prove in court if show picture to Geno during the stream since Geno deleted the image supposedly.

He’s on probation and is supposed to stay out of trouble. He could be fucked.
 
It will be interesting to see how Nick navigates this. He wants to gloat that his ex lover is in criminal trouble, but to admit that Aaron is guilty Nick will have to finally admit that his wife was sleeping with Aaron. So far Nick has never admitted that.

Plus the act itself took place before his probation started. Even if he's charged now it seems wrong to violate him for something done before he agreed to the probation terms. It should be funny watching Ralph try to shit talk Aaron's "copyright dispute" while trying not to step on his own hooves.

Aaron sent the image to Geno while he was live and made a vague reference to it even though we didn't see anything. It would be pretty wild if that was the factor that bumped it up to a felony.

I have been saying this all along. This is the worst year to be in front of a judge. Maybe the article was memory holed or I have some Mandela effect going on but I swear there was something either in one of the Freakonomics books or on the website about prosecution, sentencing, and election years. The gist was on election years there is a sharp increase in harsh sentencing and prosecution. Even traffic violations rates go up. The reason being those who are in elected or want to go for elected position want to have a strong record of being hard on crime. Rekieta and associates literally could not have picked a worse time to fuck up. Not only is it an election year but his state, thanks to Minneapolis, has the perception of being light on crime. Just another reason some might try to over correct by being even harsher than normal. Combined that with his constant shit talking of the judicial and executive branches of government and every bias possible is working against him as well as anyone associated with him.
