I can't think of anyone else from that time who is still around. Best case for Ralph, Milo offers him some job at Censored.tv since he is the new CEO. Worst case Ralph got his hands on painkillers for his hip and it ends up a pillstream.

This is the equivalent of peaking in high school then spending the rest of your life working at a gas station while constantly reliving your glory days in your head while pumping gas.

Come to think of it, my analogy doesn't even work because someone who peaked in high school probably has it better than someone who is forced to hide out in a Mexican shack while addicted to painkillers.

Point is, you're not going to catch lightning in a bottle again. You were a terrible steward of the success you had once upon a time and must live with the consequences of your actions.
