I find this thought exercise interesting. Nick is clearly not making enough money by streaming to support himself--even in a paid-for home. He may not even be clearing 4 figures. This is not enough to support him in any state with a residence large enough to house 7-8 persons.
He also seems financially inept by leaving tax bills, court fines, and the like to accrue penalties. If he were to leave, and he somehow managed to break even financially, it is doubtful that he could properly manage his finances to pay bills and budget appropriately.
Knowing what we do now about Nick and projecting it back before 2019 when he started making 500-1000 per night 5 times a week, he likely had some form of subsidy from his family to cover the necessities. Now, with his star fallen, he will require at least some of that assistance again.

If even half of his Patreon is real money from people other than him, somewhere north of 10k a month will do considering he purchased for under a mil and when interest rates were cratered. This is actually very likely since Patreon's method of billing seems to not consider the expiration date originally entered, so if it expires it keeps on billing (someone explained this in the Juju thread somewhere when I mentioned I was surprised to find I was still paying TDS patron some time ago and had to manually cancel).
IIRC he allegedly also owns or co-owns a landscaping business which I suspect he only manages given how fat he is, and that's not bad money either.
Combine that with any shenanigans from BPITU assets and any other scams he has/had going, he's talked in the past about how he did a lot of what likely amounted to internet scams in the early days of the internet ("it was like the wild west" was a direct quote iirc) to make money, there's probably some nice chunks of change he's got squirreled away.
He may be a complete degenerate but I suspect he's a pretty adept money grubber besides what we can see on the internet.
