Nick, buddy, knock $200,000 off for all the cleanup and renovations I'll have to do, and I'll consider taking this off your hands. I'll even let you keep the LG Washer and Dryer, because I'm not dumb enough to buy smart appliances. Because so far, the only plus I'm willing to give this thing is that it's a brick and not wood house. If your water is that bad, I don't know if it's because you have iron pipes or the water source is just that bad; irregardless of which one it is, gonna have to replumb the entire fucking building because just trying to piece shit together, that house has sat vacant for a while, and God knows what sort of fun is building up in those pipes. Then I have to bring the electrical into question, and since I'm gonna have to open up the walls to get to the plumbing, may as well admire the electrical. I don't like how your house seems to have five different styles of flooring all under one roof, so that's gonna need to be redone. There's also no understandable Master Bedroom, feels less like a house and more like a crashpad that college kids would use.

Going by the 3D Walkthrough; a utility closet (circuit breaker and some other stuff) is on the other side of that thing. As for what it might be... this is just me being a ghetto plumber and going by what it looks like. Looks like it's some sort of plastic container, seeing how there's pipes right there that go into something, may be a ghetto rig to stop water hammer... I don't know why they had to go in through the wall like that though.

It's because he can't get his criminal case sealed. The public can read all the motions filed in his criminal case.

I think Sean is right on this point. While including what she said would in no way constitute an agreement that whatever she said is true, Nick is very skittish about people knowing what that is. That's why he wants the bodycam to stay under wraps (or one of the reasons, anyways). That's why he wants no recording of the omnibus hearing. That's why there's no specificity in that motion as to what April said.

Nick is using these motions for as much a PR tool as a legal one. Possibly more so (which is bad).

Sean mentioned it's probably a dumb idea, and overly antagonistic, to accuse the state of a Brady violation where there is none. They state did not provide them with a warrant to Alphabet or Rumble because there is no warrant for either. They didn't need one.

Their argument seems to be that if whatever April said can't be used against her (and her Miranda right only operate to protect her, no-one else) it shouldn't be able to be used against them either. It's certainly an interesting argument and I'm not sure it will fly.
