Funny that just a couple days ago Nick was bragging about how child services isn't used to dealing with offenders that have the amount of wealth that Nick has

Now he has to sell one of the houses his grandpappy bought him

Suffer, balldo

I'm lowkey kind of mad, 450k would barely get you a tiny 2-bedroom apartment in a shitty neighborhood where I live (Amsterdam). You Americans have got it so good when it comes to property prices. Nick is a piece of shit but I'm ngl, that is an amazing property in an incredible location that he's selling for pocket change. I know Nick lives in the middle of nowhere but he has to be underselling it's value. Even in the states this property has to be worth way more than 450k.

Anyway, I don't get why he's selling a chunk of his property unless money is tight. You don't live in the middle of nowhere surrounded by nature if you like the idea of having neighbors almost right on top of you. Do you guys think everything is good between Nick and Kayla? The timing seems pretty odd.

I'd like to buy it, retire, and spend the next decade recreating every single second of his publicly archived streams, word for word, for the purpose of lulz, superchats, and sweet sweet updoots

Sadly not quite rich enough to retire, only just about autistic enough to press post reply

EDIT: It seems like the Odysee thing may have been a bug. On a cursory scrub through the stream, it appears to be unaltered. Honestly though I'm still wondering why he hasn't taken that down if he privated everything else.
Because he's a doped up retard who can't do anything competently at all.
Learn how to read legal arguments kiwifags! :really:
I'm not sure what thread this retarded coked up faggot is reading, but I haven't even seen any laypeople misreading this dogshit filing, much less the actual lawyers. It doesn't take a J.D. to see what absolutely juvenile logorrhea this filing is. It just takes an IQ over room temperature. It is absolute SHIT.

It's so bad I'm almost suspecting Rekieta drafted it himself.

That house is very much what I would build if I had a second chance to do stuff. Shame they have to sell.

They really look as if they had it all. Even if Nick stopped streaming after Rittenhouse and Depp, they were all set. Damn you, Nick Rekieta.

Nick Rekieta is without a doubt one of the most disappointing people I know of.

Keep in mind that's in cold-as-fuck Minnesota (East Somalia). Many feet of snow/ice for half the year.

It really depends on the area and the state. A condemned crack shack in California might cost over $1,000,000 while a mansion in Oklahoma or wherever might be $300k or so.
