Adding to this, I loaded it up myself on Odyssey, and seeked through the video a bit. It does appear to be the original Cokestream as I remember it. Obviously, I didn't watch the full four hours. You couldn't pay me enough

Maybe. If somebody like Null or Haru swore that it was changed when they checked it, I would believe them. They've always been straight shooters. There could be shenanigans going on, or they could have experienced a bug.

Yes. If he was right, they would have to toss everything that came from the warrant.
The police fuck up executing warrants every day in ways that result in dropped charges. They fuck up establishing probable cause for simple things like pulling someone over for DWI every day in ways that result in dropped charges. Even when the accused obviously did it after the bad stop or search is made.
Did they fuck up executing Nick's warrant? Doesn't look like it, but defense attorneys have the "Warrant Bad" form sitting on their intern's laptop and they will order the intern to make minor case-relevant changes to it, run the playbook, and bill the hours.

The affidavit references Aaron's statements, but at the end of the first paragraph in the case background section, Pomplun indicates that before he had ever viewed one of Aaron's shows, he got the mandatory report from the pastor. Saying it was established "almost entirely" through his statements seems way too generous.
