This is his argument, although they're not specific enough about their 'exposure' theory to allow people to address the point directly. They know exactly what they are doing - even Dick and Ralph are sweeping this on X, but can't address people when they bring up metabolites.

The reality is if it was only the cocaine molecule found in the test, and not any metabolites, the lab would have identified this as an anomaly - Minnesota Monitoring doesn't provide publicly how they interpret different findings, but I highly doubt the scientists and lab techs would look at such a result and fail to consider sample contamination as the most likely cause of the result.

The fact is these tests are deemed highly reliable by courts across the globe, and it's not like it's a new technology - it's decades old! All the different permutations of results, and what they mean, will have been encountered and understood long ago. Nick and his gaggle of retarded followers aren't going to be the ones to overturn follicle testing.

Nick has filed for a motion to dismiss based on lack of probable cause. Reading through it now. Already Nick claims that the appeals loss coke stream is inadmissible because it was clipped from the original and makes him look bad lmao.

-Nick states that his coke stream that he has since deleted off of YouTube can’t be used as evidence because any copy of it is considered a clipped copy and may misrepresent his words.
-He claims that since the stream was privated, that in order for Aaron to have legally viewed the stream, he would’ve needed to have served a warrant to Google and Alphabet for the 4 hour stream.
-Nick claims that because April willingly gave statements after she was mirandized and asked for a lawyer, those statements should be thrown out.

The whole thing feels like Nick is grasping at straws. Just throwing stuff at the wall hoping it sticks.

KAYLA HAS A LAWYER! Kayla has retained her lawyer from the CHIPS case in her criminal case as well. She is requesting a continuance because her lawyer has a conflict at what she believes to be the time of the hearing.

Note: it is not the actual time of the hearing, it is the time that the hearing WAS scheduled before requesting a new judge back in May, the hearing date was changed over 2 months ago.

From what I've seen of this Barneswalker's performance so far most of the arguments he makes are probably a little dumb but I don't know enough about the law to really have any opinion on them. What does interest me is that they're claiming here April was questioned by Detective Pomplun after she was read her Miranda rights and asked for a lawyer, and after Pomplun was told she had asked for a lawyer:
