Piggy is a coward for not able to maintain very long eye contact aside from provoking people to enjoy prison. Edit: I took a quick look through my old books, and I made a mistake. The disorder that doesn't happen in adults is not ODD, but its worse cousin, Conduct Disorder.
CD involves repeated pattern of agression to animals/people and destruction of property (and as far as I know, Piggy hasn't gone that far). The adult version of CD is Antisocial Personality Disorder.
That being said, to me that's nothing but its own kind of Tomlinson Technicality: at the end of the day, Patrick is just an asshole.
