Also those drugs made Nick retarded. Imagine looking at these texts and thinking you're right. Even without reading the person writing 9x more is almost always the bigger loser
 
Until Nick went all lolyer on the word "we," I thought "we" in the shower texts referred to Jewi Mon and Hardin, not the forum at large.

I'm learning so much about the English language from Nick. Who knew that indefinite pronouns like "we" would precisely mean "specifically every single user of KiwiFarms"? I certainly didn't.

From what I can remember hearing as of late, the bodycam footage won't be released at all, until the investigation portion of the case/trial is done.

Nick, my childhood bedroom went on Zillow several times. It's not a state secret. Unless your kids live in squalor, that is, and you are embarrassed at the state of it.

The only person you're protecting with your own order to seal your case is you.
 
i see no statement in those texts that Null lied about in his summaries here. He even direct quoted the loli comment.

But this is beside the point. Nick's argument hinges on the fact that the ebidance exhonerates him fully, but that doing so would brutalize his chance with the CHIPS case. Now that the CHIPS case is settled and over according to him, surely he could consent to the release to make us all look like losers. I personally don't see how the state can use him consenting to the release against him as the state will likely not be using the argument "you exposed your children to the risk of online gossip." were that the case many facebook mom's would be watching as CPS carted their precious little angels off. If anything it would strengthen his argument that CPS lied, the house was clean, children were not smelly (until we see animated stinky lines coming off them it didn't happen) and he was in fact a good father.

The reality is that the evidence sinks his case because it proves him completely wrong, and would just expose him as a petulant child who gave up on his adulting responsibilities.
 
Why would he think that "we" means Josh and all of Kiwi Farms, and not Josh and his counsel Hardin? Why would he think the judge would ask about Kiwi Farms for a public release, as if the court order is titled "Consent to Release Directly to Kiwi Farms (Infamous Suicide Website)"

This nigger is retarded and has a huge persecution complex.
