There is something seriously wrong with people who believe he is giving to "charity". Given the fact that he has a staff and travels, if he were to actually burn money the way he does, he would be penyless after a few videos.

It’s also notoriously hard for a rapist to get convicted. The fact he took a plea deal must mean her team had damning evidence. Also if he was in his early 20s when she accused him at 16 he would have been 15 when the rape occurred.

The way I see it, either a 16 year old girl expertly fabricated a story of being raped by some guy for no other reason than to ruin his already penniless life, and this fiction was believed by law enforcement to the point that an innocent 21 year old man was forced to add his name to the sex offender registry or he raped an 11 year old.

Another thing is they chose to say she was 11 which is the max age on the charge (1-11). I wonder if she was younger when it took place and they are trying to make the age gap smaller? I doubt she made it up and it probably took her a long time to realize the damage caused.
That is correct it can be hard to get a conviction on a rape charge with little evidence. But i have also seen plenty of trials where the case is purely one persons word vs the others word. Then its just what each lawyer an cook up to make the other side seem less credible. When you are in your 20s and looking at either a plea for a much lighter sentence vs potentially a decade in jail if the Jury thinks the accuser is more believable than you its easy to see why the plea deal is taken.

Yeah anyone who goes out of their way to record themselves 'doing good things for people' let alone using those videos for personal gain isn't a good person. Its literally what lucas werner does to make people think he's a good person. The only difference is mrbeast has more money and resources and hands out more shit and isn't waddling into alleys at night throwing a handful of pepperoni sticks or a half eaten homeless shelter meal on some hobo while they're sleeping and bragging about it to the camera, and lucas doesn't have a PR department backing him up. I wouldn't be so sure. He's got legit fuck you money and the best lawyers money can buy. If he really had a mind to shut this place down it wouldn't be difficult for him. His lawyers would find a way. As for companies, the site still requires an internet connection which means an ISP. That would certainly be a company he could cause problems with.
