"The kids are back in the house" very easily just a temporary thing or they're back in but grandpapa and grandmama have primary custody. Afterall they had to take those inebriation lessons
The house from which they were removed can't be used as their foster home. Sweep was also concerned about who would supervise the children while the grandparents slept if the grandparents moved into a home with Nick, Kayla and the kids.

It's possible that there is still an open CPS case file, but if the kids are back home it's unlikely they're still legally in CPS care.

Agree on this point 100%. The second reason that proves it's not Nick (at least directly doing it), is that it takes a fair amount of work to obfuscate the source of the docs. From best we can tell,
  1. Someone (presumably MNPublicRecords) is literally going into a courthouse (or other government law area, like a government law library)
  2. Accessing the relevant docs on a terminal
  3. Taking pictures of the screen for each page
  4. Printing those jpgs out
  5. Then scanning the print-offs (on a Rikoh scanner for at least some of them, so presumably at some sort of office or print center), before posting here
My brothers and sisters in Christ, Nick is one lazy POS, I don't know if he could be bothered to post on the forum, even if he had an account and had digital attachments of clean files. No way is he going through all those steps.

Granted Nick seems to have burned every bridge & left a bad taste in the mouth of everyone in his area who works in the court system in some or any capacity.
Schneider's whole firm, whoever MNPublicRecs is, Judge Ficsher, the police...

I don't know if it's been speculated here before, but I wonder if it is Schneider or someone from his firm acting as MnPublicRecs... As lawyers, they would know how to access court records, and as people who have interacted with Nick, they would have reason to hate him.

- Nick told Camelot his case (the family one) is all but over because:
-- There was zero evidence to prove that Nick used drugs.
-- There was zero evidence to prove that his kids were ever exposed.
-- And no one willing to testify in any way opposing those facts.
All of these are blatantly and easily demonstrably false.
  • The GAL obtained copies of Nick and Kayla's hair follicle tests.
  • The hair follicle tests for one of the children showed they had been more than just "exposed" to drugs.
  • Aaron has already said he was willing to testify that he had personally watched Nick do lines of coke including multiple large lines at a time.
This goes beyond his usual cope and straight into the delusional lies that only an uncontrolled narcissist would even try to pull, like how he claimed to be aggressively monogamous when openly going to church with his wife and girlfriend, or how he STILL pretends to have extended his Rumble contract for 2024.

And it's important to remember that if Rekieta is telling the truth, his child custody case was resolved and one of the first things he did was to contact the trashiest podcasters on the Internet like Ethan Ralph and Cody Dennison.

At this point, it makes me think that Rekieta's win may have actually been to get the records sealed to the public so that he could replace the truth with his lies.

Nick, have a cake to celebrate the return of the children.

Given it was the stated goal of CPS to get the kids back in the home, whatever the situation is I don't doubt they are back. Will there be other restrictions or checks? Probably, but the primary issue - the custody of the kids - would have been resolved.

If Nick was smart he'd settle with the state when an opportune moment arises, I suspect that is going to be the plan. Whether or not he gets an Alfred Plea or not, he can spin any admission of guilt as "for his kids" while never conceding to it outside of court.

Not the outcome I want, a trial would be fucking KINO, but the consolation would be that Nick will now be relegated to being an Ethan Ralph tier streamer. With only the people braindead enough to not realize what a dishonest POS he is willing to take him seriously.

I'm looking forward to the relapse.

I'm not going to ask anyone to summarize the recent ruling about the children, but if someone could provide me with whatever page it starts on, that'd be great. The thread usually moves fast.

He was crying over people griefing him about goin to the tattoo show. A probation officer will be on his ass.

"Hey Nick, saw part of your show last night, stop on in today for a random urine test."

"Hi Nick, coming by to check your house."
I thought the same thing.

"tHe aCtIvItY pOlIcE"

The smarter thing would be to get used to it when it's only people making jokes on social media and live streams.

There is no ruling that has been posted.

Nick is apparently declaring the case is resolved because there was ABSOLUTELY ZERO evidence he was using drugs!!

You overestimate the interest of any PO who likely has well over 50 cases with longer history & higher risk. Granted Nick seems to have burned every bridge & left a bad taste in the mouth of everyone in his area who works in the court system in some or any capacity.
Schneider's whole firm, whoever MNPublicRecs is, Judge Ficsher, the police...
Even so, you couldn't pay me enough to watch a full Rekieta stream several nights a week, let alone what a PO makes. And the volume of people sending links or clips will likely be more annoying than helpful to them.
There's solace in the inescapable fact that April will inevitably leave & blow that shit right up again.

I think Nick would quickly make himself the most popular probationary charge for that officer. He'd be so insufferable that he wouls get more attention.

The first question about that "which case". Criminal? Family? Both. Nick is just doing his usual misleading nonsense.

Nick said his CPS case, explicitly.

I don't know if it's been speculated here before, but I wonder if it is Schneider or someone from his firm acting as MnPublicRecs... As lawyers, they would know how to access court records, and as people who have interacted with Nick, they would have reason to hate him.

This is unlikely, but it would be the funny outcome.

I think it slightly less funny, but more likely this is some Montegraph troll in the area.

Aaron has already said he was willing to testify that he had personally watched Nick do lines of coke including multiple large lines at a time.

It all depends if Aaron was willing (or even asked) to testify in the family court case or the criminal. He seemed vindictive enough on his show, but he could also feel bad for the children and/or Kayla and have reneged. It could also be kayfabe to drum up drama and money.

Aaron specifically mentioned that Dan Sletta reqched out asking him to call him. Assuming that is true, for the moment, that could have been an inflection point.

ETA: clarification on the method of Sletta contact

I thought we determined 2000 pages ago that the likely outcomes were:
  • Children would be returned with supervision.
  • Probation / suspended sentences.
The system doesn't want to raise your kids and it doesn't way to pay tax money to incarcerate you.

I just want the bodycam footage.

All that stuff about MANdy, about Kayla fawning all over her (him) etc. about trying to get MANdy to come to events and meet them in person. Was MANdy Nick's first attempt at getting an April like live-in fucktoy for him and his bisexual wife?
Yes. Absolutely.

Its usually how it goes with large dysfunctional families. The eldest leaves and then he/ she pulls the rest with them mostly because the parents can't control every kid and b they think they have others to spare .
Plot twist: Nick's oldest joins the Farms, signs the release form for the body cam footage, and gives a giant Tell All Fuck You to his Dad.

If grandparents move in they'll see first hand that Nick and Kayla sleep till afternoon, leaving kids to figure out breakfast and lunch however they can by themselves. They will feed them and clean them and do house chores while 2 useless sloths are either sleeping or literally coping and lamenting their legal situation during conscious hours.

And on and on and on. Slightest bit of guff or trying to big league the PO....BAM....probation violation
I would rather go to jail for a month than be on probation for a year. On probation you are their bitch. They can come in at anytime and if you break the slightest rule or even if they just say you did, you are in jail with no due process for the length of your probation. For someone as belligerent as Nick, probation is a jail cell with his name on it.

State law is crystal clear that you're not going to get it (unless one of the 3 of them are dumb enough to sign a release).
And actually, it's not as clear cut as you're saying.

I'm pretty sure I've heard some very serious allegations that Aliesha Sweep lied under oath and that the police literally planted fucking evidence in his bedroom. Were there any other acts of malfeasance reported by Nick Rekieta about the conduct of officers that night?
