Nick, definitely stream tonight! We need more interesting matters of public record on file. Maybe details of a possible plea bargain?
I hope not...I don't want this party to end.

It seems to me like grandparents — being emotionally involved in the situation on a deep level — are exactly the kind of foster parents most likely to let the birth parents get away with violating visitation terms. Doesn’t really make sense to me why they’re entrusted with children’s safety in those circumstances. Especially when a manipulative Dindu like Nick is one of the parents in question.
Personally I don't think them being involved emotionally is that much of a problem. I think a much bigger issue is they apparently all visited the crack shack and took no issues with it. Not to mention one set (Nick's parents IIRC), somehow don't believe they're on anything, despite little things like the cops literally finding an ounce of coke in the fucking house and one of the kids somehow testing positive.

What I'm saying here is my money is on God hating Nick more than the Farms.

Anyway this goes Nick is going to lose and we are going to be entertained. Even if he beats every single charge and gets his kids back by doing nothing, the net result will be Nick and women going back full-on coke again until one or more adults leave that house feet first.

That's always good, but part of me wants to get completely felted and he gets off Scott free by Barnes' legal hot takes. Why? So Nick can go back to burning his life down faster with the Qover 2.0.
He'll do that on probation. Sean is right. They could be thinking about going relatively easy on him here, in the knowledge they can fuck him super hard when he inevitably fucks up and violates his probation. He's not giving up the Qover that easily. He's not giving up the Qover even now, when a smart person would.

Nobody tells Nick what to do. That's Nick's mindset.

I haven't tuned in live in a very long time, what does his chat look like now? Is it a constant stream of "you let your kid be exposed to coke" or has he locked that down.
I haven't watched live since his epic coke stream before the arrest. I have no clue what his chat is like. Somebody else should answer this question, I'd like to know as well.

90% likely he's getting his kids back. (Don't know why he'd be excited, all that driving and looking after them an everything which he hates)

I’m guessing 3 things:

  1. Monkey Paw ruling in the chips case where Nick got a monologue against his lawyers wishes a ruling was passed that is inconsequential, but Nick said something that will fuck him on the record
  2. Grandparents can have custody and the kids are right next door
  3. Some bullshit with the election and Walz. Nick is supposedly still like by the Minnesota Libertarians (I don’t know what you expected).

“My schedule unexpectedly got filled in the best way!”

If that means he has custody, he’s going to celebrate reuniting with his children at last by… holing himself up in the basement and gloating to the Internet?

Father of the year right here.

MN prosecution has a slam dunk case I don't know why they'd agree to either a plea or an Alford.
Because Minnesota state policy is to be lenient on first time offenders and drugs in particular, and courts prefer diversion to treatment over punishment. And because the prosecution would rather have a deferred adjudication and add another guilty plea to their record than go through a long, drawn-out hassle.

Also if they're offering Kayla a deal and not Nick (we don't now this yet they may have already talked to him in private rather than putting a plea offer on the record), they may have simply decided she's less culpable, or (my favorite possibility) they seriously hate Nick and want to nail him to the wall.

I guess we'll see what Nick's "terrific news" is soon and whether it's actually terrific or he's just a moron (again).

Imma level with you people. Part of me doesn't want to see the bodycam footage released. I would find it very funny and great that Nick gets dunked on, but I have a feeling it's going to be depressing as all hell, and there will be children crying and screaming and multiple "What is happening, where are my spaghetti-0?" Or we see the daughter amped on coke, even if the identity is redacted.

Having said that, if it drops, it drops, and there won't be backing down. Fuck Balldo.

Just to be clear here...

There are two different things raised in Telvanni's post. A plea deal, and an Alford plea.

I think they will offer him a plea deal. There's a very well established logic behind them doing that.

I see absolutely no reason why they would need or want to offer him an Alford plea.

If he insist on an Alford plea, and they give it to him, the State of Minnesota are cucks. Shame on them.

Even then, an Alford plea would also still be an L for him, but just less of an L that he could wave around to help him cope.

Supposing Rekieta does get away with it and gets an ideal plea deal.

Dudes a hardcore addict, there is a 0% chance he doesn't just get caught again anyway in even worse circumstances.
