I don’t know what it is, but police bodycams are some of the best content on YouTube. I kind of had a feeling that there were likely a bunch of channels trying to get the footage because the report sounds intriguing, Nick’s an Internet person, and you get a retarded amount of views on these videos.

"Imminently." More of that English major genius going on there. The word this faggot is fishing for is "eminently." "Imminently" is an entirely different word.
Turbo faggot needs to stop policing other's spelling if he is going to do that.

That's why you should use dearrow. Their titles used to be decent, now it's 100% Mr. Beast tier garbage slop clickbait. They're becoming the reallifelore of these crime channels.

For anyone that doesn't know, reallifelore is a sperg that will turn any mundane topic into "CHINA RUSSIA TAIWAN ISRAEL UKRAINE HOUTHITHS PALESTINE". I made my own bingo card and it checks out every single fucking time. He turned a video on orange's assassination into some what the fuck about the secret services' history, though that was one of the very few good videos he made.
True Crime wise, I like Matt Orchard, dreading, and That Chapter, in that order.
Matt Orchard goes without saying, dreading is decent when they aren't sperging, (creepshow art allegations aside), and That Chapter is just kind of funny in how he jokes about the topics.
All other true crime stuff I can take or leave.

Every time i see bodycam footage of a Sovergien Citizen arrest or court hearing, I utterly enjoy it. Rackets knows his footage is peak content and will be put through the internet spin cycle if and when its released to the public and WILL be laughed at.

I only went through the first few dozen pages and saw Plunder (true crime YouTuber) on there. A lot of these true crime grifters put documents or footage on their Patreon for top-tier donors only and claim they’re just trying to recoup costs. It’s a profit center for them.

Looks like Nick's friend Uncivil Law reached out to request some information too. Given the date of the request and that he did a stream after this he nearly broke down about Nick being arrested, I bet Kurt thought he could find a loophole for Nick.

Dave’s Lemonade is pretty great too. He started out with TCaP content (which is how I got into him) but he covers all sorts of cases now. Very thorough, minimal hyperbole, soothing voice for background noise.

I've always considered Dr. Todd Grande to be the best true crime youtuber out there, although he tends to be so classy about the subjects he covers that I'm not sure he even counts as one.

Yes. I've explained before but it has to be entered into evidence or one of the parties has to consent. Rekieta is choosing not to consent, Kayla doesn't exist anymore, and my theory is that April is being given money to stay around as a fuckbuddy so she doesn't consent. Rekieta is also trying to get the bodycam footage entirely thrown out as evidence using a fruit of the poison tree argument. He really, really, really, really does not want this footage public.

Theoretically one of the police or CPS worker could also consent but I just don't see that happening.

Appreciate the update. So are we at the point where it will just release for free or not at all?

Are we at the point that the funds for the footage going to a charity, or will they still charge you for preparation once entered as evidence.

Nick could release it but his disingenuous way of avoiding responsibility is to say he hasn't had anything presented to him to sign. Is there any way to deliver a consent form directly to him?

He would still weasel out some way. He gets off on making people play by his rules and getting cross when he is duplicitous. Do not play his game. He is not honest.

Hey does anyone have a copy of the protective order that Nick is talking about? Was assuming @MNPublicRecords posted it somewhereon here? I ask b/c Nicky says I need to read it without foaming at the mouth.

It is probably the CHIPS case agreement to seal discovery. The footage is part of that evidence, o Nick's line is that releasing it for thr criminal case would undermine the seal on the family case evidence.

Is there anyone we know for sure was both present at the scene when the arrest occurred, who Rekieta has shit-talked either in public or in records?

The timeline seemed to be:

Arrest on roadside:

Nick
The officers who pulled him over
The female child with him

Door knock:

Officers at the house
Kayla
April
The remaining 3 children

After entry and arrests:

Kayla
Officers
Aliesha Sweep
Possibly the other CPS Sweep mentions in her testimony
The family member (Kayla's side) who picks up the children and secures the house

No one else present on the raid day, that I can recall other than potential unnamed state workers.

Here is a complete PDF copy of all requests received by the Kandiyohi County regarding the Rekietas. Have fun. I'm still processing it.

Shoutout to Josiah Munoz.

Also shoutout to EWU. "WHAT'S NEW EWU CREWWWWWWWW??? Today we've got a SPINE CHILLING case of CHILD NEGLECT that will make you SICK."

edit: hopefully this one actually attached
edit2: lemme unfuck this sec.

Do they have real cheese in Mexico?

Shout out to the Huai Dong FOIA requester. I thought we almost had a Bobposting / Rekieta crossover before I realized bobposting was enjoying prison as a bank robber child.

Yes.

Sweep, the child protection lady who Nick stared into the camera and accused of perjury, was eventually called to the scene. There's at least one more person from child protection since the document dump says 2 of them need to be redacted in addition to the children. But the baseless perjury accusation was related to a later home visit the following Tuesday.

He also mocked the officer who handed him the warrant that he then petulantly threw on the ground, but didn't name the guy. That was more presenting him as a hapless foil to Rekieta's delusional self-conception as a lolbertarian badass, stunned into silence by Rekieta's lolbertarian badass-ery when he bravely said their probable cause was "bullshit".

Bottom line: Rekieta W. It's not gonna happen.

It's clear from the initial emails that they initially intended to fulfill the requests, though. Consolation prize would be to request the documents where Nick/Nick's counsel successfully prevented the release of the footage.
The reason Nick started bringing up the footage out of nowhere is probably because he got firm confirmation that nothing was going to be released.

He has repeatedly stated the bodycam footage would (1) exonerate him, and (2) would come out eventually, so the struggle makes it funnier.
He's just a liar, though. It's funny the first few times you see the obvious lies, but eventually it's just annoying and stops people from caring or taking him seriously at all. It's the boy who cried wolf, except with Rekieta it's the non-practicing lawyer who cried he's innocent.
