Nick could release it but his disingenuous way of avoiding responsibility is to say he hasn't had anything presented to him to sign. Is there any way to deliver a consent form directly to him?
I see this is almost 600 pages, but would it contain any communications from Rekieta or his counsel to try to PREVENT them releasing the body cam footage, or would that have to be requested separately? It seems very likely to me that something like that happened.
