Everything about their behavior towards actual women makes it obvious that they don't truly see themselves or each other as women either.
I think even people who buy into the female-brain thing don't actually believe they're women though, to the extent that they wouldn't romantically attach to them (let alone fuck them) if they were men and they would feel weird changing in front of if they're women. It's hard to use conceptual woo-woo to override our basic instincts that drive our sexuality or our impulse towards self-preservation, respectively.
Honestly all meat strikes me as disgusting, even if it isn't just a ground up series of various different animals. Like something about eating something that straight up shits is nasty. Actually being around farm animals and seeing how bad they smell (because they are in fact animals, at the end of the day) turns my stomach at the prospect of putting them in my mouth, no matter how much weird processing and advertising takes place to try to make the whole thing more palatable.
Even before I mass peaked I was always skeptical of the "female brain in male body". I used to think to myself that if it was true then why aren't CT brain scans part of the transitioning journey? Especially since TRAs always link the scientific studies that they claim proves it. Trans people all over social media would be posting their MRA brain scans and bragging about their female brains, and yet I've never seen one post of this. Apparently, TRAs have created this bizarre cognitive dissonance where they claim science proves it, but in the same breath will tell you that a CT brain can't help because they aren't always accurate and are unreliable. If that's the case then doesn't that mean their brain studies shouldn't be trusted? They can't have it both ways, but I guess TRAs have now dropped the brain argument and are now saying them having a strong desire to translate is proof they're a woman on the inside.
I never quite believed in the ”lady/man brain“ thing but I thought the argument was still “sex is separate to gender, gender is a social construct and sex is biological. Trans people are changing their gender” for years. That I believed. Then I realised that no, most of them truly believe they’re changing their biological sex completely by taking hormones or by saying so. They themselves kept conflating sex and gender. More and more terms/arguments stopped making sense to me and I finally looked into it properly myself.
"How the Sausage is Made" should be mandatory viewing in high schools.
I remember reading somewhere a woman recommended never scaling a fish if you married a guy who liked fishing... because you would find yourself never stopping. Always make the fisherman scale and debone his fish, and then he might catch and release if he decides he doesn't want to do that.
For it's just a chore. Not terrible but not enjoyable either. Just a task where the best part is being done.
