Good Lord, I knew Nick was non-practicing, but apparently his lawyers are non-practicing too. Any attentive lawyer would have tried to pull Nick's necktie shut the minute he started going on about "Any alleged drug exposure is allegedly not my fault, just want to get that out there in open court".

I would guess his behavior in court is at least part of the reason neither of those attorneys are representing them anymore. I also remember Nick complaining in a subsequent document about those attorneys convincing him to do a drug test (results unreleased) around that time. You can see even this early that he legal ideas about his case that were going to require a barneswalker.

I don't know which is worse. All the nonsense where he as much as tells everyone that he expects a drug test for one of the children to come back positive OR his non-accusation accusation against Aaron trying to see if the judge will bite and go after Aaron for contempt of court. Nick's side did a motion with the court asking for custody (or something less than custody) and I think the next hearing on the child protection case is toward the end of the month. That would be my guess.

I think Nick as usual has decided that he cannot lose in court and is planning accordingly.

I don’t think CPS cases are allowed to be broadcasted because they involve minors and this was a CPS case. His criminal case will likely be broadcasted as well as his civil case where Monty will rape him (with protection in order to not contract Nick’s AIDS).
