In all seriousness, since I'm only a dabbler in legal stuff, does Fatrick have much of a case? Like granted, eventually cops will stop showing up if they're called all the time on you in most cases, but are they allowed to just ignore calls to his residence? He had that incident where he threatened to kill his brother, his ex-wife, and his unborn daughter. We have that video where he apparently took a swing at an officer outside of his house and got taken down by a female officer like Ralph was. And the worst swatting incident we have footage of is him berating the cops and squealing like a pig at them when they came there for a call where it was claimed he had killed his wife.
I figure that will be the piece of evidence he tries to use the most in the case, but it actually gives the cops more of an excuse in a way. They came there for a dangerous call and instead of trying to defuse them or surrender peacefully he was raging and squealing like he had done some fucked shit. Idk though, I could just have it twisted.

I think the police are set to file their motion to dismiss while fatass is in Scotland attending another pedo con, and hopefully getting a nice Glasgow Smile. My guess is he will call up his lawyers at 3am their time oinking about the motion to dismiss.
Last time we got the lovely pro se legal defense where he basically cited all the incorrect Intel Jackie found and tried blaming a federal judge so I'm hoping for another one.

He's very talented. I wouldn't know where to find lawyers that can somehow amend a complaint to be factually and legally worse than what it started as. Granted, I don't see the benefit in that, but that's certainly a sight to behold.
Personally, I am of the niche opinion that if you sue for police misconduct you should NOT consistently reiterate that they did their job exactly as told and that they have adapted to your unique situation as requested, but maybe I just can't see past Pat's genius.

But since this is a lolsuit, most boring possible outcome: settlement for nuisance value just not to have to deal with pig squealing. (This is an attempt at a reverse curse.)
I'm not sure municipalities in Wisconsin are covered by sovereign immunity, but I'm pretty sure they're covered by some form of immunity. It's generally extremely difficult to prove municipal liability.

It’s looks like you’re right, it’s not sovereign immunity, but pretty broad statutorily created immunity. I’m too lazy at the moment to go review the filings and look at case law to make an informed guess, but I’d still be shocked if the claim against the city gets passed the 12(b)(6) stage.
It definitely won’t pass qualified immunity, and I can’t imagine the city has less protections. Unless the jurisdiction or judge is a real stickler about what the “clearly established” violation element requires.
