This is why I am strongly veering towards innocent until proven guilty when it comes to flutter.

What little that has been seen of her really does look like a probably at least slightly odd or misfit woman having met another misfit and they formed an important friendship or possible relationship.

It’s really doubtful she is directly profiting from Chris somehow. Simply hanging around a tard on government support is not profitable unless you are state appointed.
Her behavior is not like Caden is employing her and I still maintain surely it would be easier to find a local gal pal for hire.

But if she publicly humiliates Chris, like goes as far as agreeing to marry him and laughs in his face at the altar, before running away Graduate style, getting into a bus with the pickle man, then fair enough you were right all along.

I don't think she's low functioning at all. Based on all the evidence, there's close to zero percent chance she's low functioning AND somehow self aware enough to have that bizzare sense of situational awareness. If she were truly lower functioning than Chris, we'd have better pics, we'd have her name and all her dox by this point. But we don't. I don't believe for ONE second she's LF. I don't know what the fuck is going on here but, like someone else said earlier, something stinks.

there is definitely something mental about her. That can not be disputed. Super high chance that she is autistic and manipulative to boot since she has Chris wrapped around her finger..

Highly doubt. Not saying she isn't but let's look at a few facts here:
Chris is REALLY easy to manipulate IF you know how he works, are willing to feed his wild ass delusions, are offering him some kind of money (and even then as we've seen with the switch gift he might not even really keep them around then) AND are a fairly attractive woman.

Or at the very least a woman who isn't a Bog Witch.

Otherwise over the years, and especially since both the brainrot from the idea guy had set in and also the Jail Saga he's been much more prone to cutting people he deems a risk off right quick.

the exception being Bella because tiddies, she put on that fuckin UwU voice and she knew when and how to lie to him to keep him on the hook. Like..a regular high functioning autismo would at the very least question the validity of the merge and that's usually all it takes for Chris to cut a mother fucker off.

Not just people that are "a risk", Chris won't engage with people who don't subscribe to whatever dumb goddess shit he thought up that day. Flutter's got to be at least pretending to go along with whatever dimensional merge shit is going on, or he would have cut her off for being a fake or dishonest Lucifer or whatever he's calling his trolls now.

How do you get in touch with her to ask?

Unless she is willing to do a camera interview, then anyone could say they are flutter and respond with weening or just plain misinformation.

Is it reasonable? Like in the situation that she IS pulling some kind of scam, what would she have to gain by doing an interview other than blowing her cover? Even if she just came to the farms to talk in a forum, she'd have to have some way of proving it was her for any of us to give a fuck and that would potentially blow her long con all the way up. I completely agree with the sentiment of "forget about the dox I just wanna know your game" but that shit ain't gonna happen. There's literally nothing to gain on her end.
 
I feel Flutter is just being paid to hang out with Chris to keep him under control for Caden. Everything that has transpired after Chris got out of jail has been related to the Praetor group. The only way to keep Chris under control is with a female.
They got someone small, who now we know, puts on a cutesey voice to fully play into Chris's idea of how chicks act. It's all manufactured. Chris is just being used. That's all this is. Why bother putting him up in a house etc?

As for all the "recent sightings" that all seem to be the same. Like everyone else, I'm definitely seeing a pattern. But I don't think this is going to get them what they want. Random, terrible shots of Chris and the back of Flutters head are already getting old and aren't noteworthy. By keeping Chris silent, he becomes boring and people lose interest. Probably the most interesting thing of late was him getting banned from that pony convention and we only found out about that because they framed his angry email.

I'm not sure what their end game is all of this. Chris is rapidly becoming just another weirdly-dressed rando that no-one will care about. That's not a long term, money making investment.

Again, that is another reason I think she is not all there. I have met people who are low functioning and believe all sorts of insane garbage but can still learn things like "avoid people taking your picture in public", but they can't drive a car and they believe whatever they are told by someone they trust. It could be as simple as she is trusting of Chris and believes everything he says and she is impressed by him making videos on the internet, if she is shy and that is why she avoids people that could seem very impressive to her.
At first I thought she was a normal person being paid but now that she seems to be living with Chris I don't think you could pay a normal person enough to go through with that, and other than when she calmed him down at a convention he seems to literally and figuratively be in the driver's seat of their relationship whenever they are out in public, the exact opposite of how things would work if she were normal and some sort of wrangler. Chris could be the one that warned her about trolls and he could be the one telling her to avoid having her picture taken, notice she is always hiding behind him to avoid the pictures, exactly what you would expect to see if Chris was calling the shots with someone less bright than himself.

I can't stop thinking about the Finnish Duolingo, it's been keeping me up at night. I am 100% convinced she is a love interest at least in his eyes. She seems more like a live-in praetor caregiver, and then he fell in love (of course) and decided to learn her native language to impress her in the most obvious public way possible which is SO FUCKING in character for him.

If she was Latina he would be re-learning Spanish.

The fact that she comes and goes and takes a plane when she does completely dismisses that as an option.

I know people have suggested elaborate scenarios where she is a Caden relative or something, but it still would be far easier and simpler for them to find a local girl to Chris for this purpose.

I know Bob paid girls in the past and there is a load of weird stuff surrounding Chris, but convincing any kind of caretaker is going to be hard and if Chris needs someone to keep him calm then periods of that person being out of state is far too risky.

As I said before, I think Chris is on meds.
Anti psychotics, anti depressants, sedatives or whatever. 100% they will have put him on something in the mental hospital and probably he has been kept on it.

Caden (or another representative) may well have stepped in while he was in the group home and now has some responsibility to help Chris stay on his meds. Or they just do because Chris is easier to handle medicated.

So sorry to kill all the theories that Chris is under the spell of a seductive femme fatal and a conniving Caden, but it really makes more sense that Chris is just a plain old care in the community case now.
