You know, I guess this is :optimistic: but I can’t help but feel that if rekeita had stayed the course and never fell into the pit of degeneracy that he did, he would probably be speaking at the RNC or would be a special guest on Fox News at the very least, reaching his voice to millions of people, bolstering his name and probably cementing himself as a true and honest professional commentator, basically his appearance on that Netflix documentary but 50 times over.

A successful Lawyer that is conservative, a family man, and an influencer would absolutely be in high demand by the Republican Party right now, especially for someone that had the biggest coverage on the Kyle rittenhouse trial.

I hope his narcissism recognizes that and I hope he drinks himself into a stupor over that thought…

Nick explained tonight that what appears in family court documents isn't what is really going on in his case. Thats "really weird" but normal people can't understand any of this and only Nick really does. All the "real" stuff going on between Nick and CPS is happening in private. We can't possibly know any of that. Only Nick knows.

All those "horrifying" plans in the CPS documents for each child are just contingency plans if the stupid family court were to not recognize what a great guy Nick is and give the children back right away.

Nick isn't faulting anyone for misunderstand the law, the documents and the process. But of course everyone is. And while everything in the documents has no meaning, Nick just can't talk to us about what is really going on because thats private. But he is getting his kids back soon. Even though he obviously isn't.

This is Minnesota child welfare law and simply so specialized and so complicated that morons like us could never understand any of it properly let alone comment on it.

And if you don't agree with what Nick says about his case, well you are just "a fat lumpy retard trying to deflect from your own problems."

So Nick's new (old) strategy for dealing with court documents is just to lie about them and pretend that court documents don't reflect what goes in cases. Nick is going to be winning even when he is not winning.

Nick it's gonna be so much easier if you admit you fucked up and just work on a plan to reestablish custody instead of trying to fight allegations. If they can throw the first follicle test out, that doesn't mean it won't happen again. It would be easy to just work with them rather than fight because CPS has been pretty good, surprisingly. They have wanted to reunite the Rekietas but Nick insisting on trying to play lawyer after years of pretending is gonna fuck him over, and most importantly fuck his kids over. Every time I see him bitch and complain, it makes me feel like he wants them to not come back. And Kayla seemingly has nothing of interest to contribute to the case even after getting her own representation.

Nick just needs to get clean and be there for his family or admit he's done. Dragging it out is only making him look like a fool.
