There is a mistake in your transcription of the documents that were posted.Time to pile on. Here's the full transcription of the first KCHHS document for the eldest Rekieta child posted last night by @MNPublicRecords
This line, in reference to Kayla, is correct:
10. Ms. Rekieta will allow KCHHS to conduct scheduled and unscheduled home visits. She will allow KCHHS to access every room in the home.
This line, in reference to Nick, is NOT correct:
10. Mr. Rekieta will allow KCHHS to conduct scheduled and unscheduled home visits. He will allow KCHHS to access every room in the home.
This is what it actually says for Nick:
10. Mr. Rekieta will allow KCHHS to conduct scheduled and unscheduled home visits at both homes on the property. He will allow KCHHS to access every room in both homes.
It's obvious that "both homes" refers to the property that April is supposed to be living in. Technically they are distinct properties with separate ownership: the bigger house is owned by a property trust, their old house that they kicked people out of so April could move in is owned by Nick and Kayla. But it's clear what they mean (though I've heard enough Nick cope to know this is fertile ground for his technicality bullshit).
In other words, yes, they want access to the April residence. They want to look through it and make sure it's not been turned into a drug den like the other house was. That means that they must have a decent understanding of the underlying situation since I highly doubt it it is standard practice to insist on visiting properties of which an individual is the landlord, even if they are geographically close.
What's really interesting is that the "both homes" language is only present for Nick and not Kayla.
What does that mean?
My guess is that at the very least that they are well aware of the polycule situation, that Nick and April have (or at least had) a sexual/romantic relationship, and that Nick has a greater degree of involvement in whatever is going on in the April residence.
The more interesting possibility is that they suspect that Nick is staying over at the April residence some or all of the time.
It's a very glaring distinction. From those two differing lines, it sounds as if in the event they turned up at the April residence and were refused entry, or they were granted entry and saw a huge pile of drugs out in the open or whatever, they would only hold it against Nick and not necessarily Kayla.
