The reason he keeps asking for infinite extensions is because even he knows he has no legal leg to stand on, the irrelevant shit that's been dismissed and is only prejudicial should be stricken and there is no argument why it shouldn't be, he must give a clearer statement and there is no argument why he shouldn't, he must adjoin google and there is no argument why he shouldn't.

The only worse argument than no response is Russ responding because he'll immediately make it clear he is only suing for hurt feelings and nothing about copyright.

I also think this really is a definite deadline. It was set by by District Judge David Barlow but will be presided over by Magistrate Judge Jared C. Bennett, the judge that denied the 90 day stay and sent the case to Florida as a consequence of Russ not responding. He won't take kindly to Russ going over his head, he won't be in any mood to grant another extension when Russ asks, and he's shown a willingness to rule against Russ for failure to participate.

At the very least, when the motion to strike is granted, will every court order stop opening with "Evil harassment murder site kiwifarms harasses and murders!"

The judge may have just decided case tennis would be too annoying and risky to pull off. Especially given Hardin didn't push for it at all. If the florida judge was that desperate to get it off her hands to ignore their own no transfer clause then who knows what would happen.

First motion for extension of time was approved (docket entry 73). The motion to stay was completely different from this order, and the first motion (denied in 96).

Or just continue to do nothing because that's probably the sanest course of action. Anything that Hardin files compels Russ to respond with even more retarded shit, but Russ doesn't seem to have any impetus to actually do what he's supposed to in order to move the case forward.

Remember, he just wants to be in a lawsuit against the Farms more than anything else and even as soon as this case does get dismissed because even the court has had enough, he'll either appeal or failing that, file a new suit against you for something equally retarded.
