Looks like the answer to bodycam is... maybe:

I was going to suggest Null might ask Hardin to look into it, for the LOLs. But as there's an 'active' lawsuit it's probably better if Josh stays hands-off.
Russ is a coward and a wuss. He talks a big game, but every time a suitation comes up where he can confront someone else he just stands there and seethes.

He's the embodiment of the saying "if looks could kill," because he's incapable of doing anything more than glare impotently at more powerful men.

Russ won't do anything entertaining here either. If I had to guess he'll have loaded up what he considers his essentials, and abandoned everything else by the time the sheriff gets there.

No, Russ did not understand lawsuit/LOL Suit can broke (make finances poor) on both sides not just the other side.

The motion to stay has been denied

The fact that county courts can act with alacrity and end their judgements by banging skulls onto their desks like hammers Will never stop being ironic to me, when you compare the federal Court that takes 3 months to decide it needs another half year to resolve the pressing issue to take another 3 months to decide a Motion to Compel the case be moved foreword to the next stage, at which point the next hearing will be docketed 6 months from that point. Maybe. Assuming no appeals that take 12 months to resolve followed by a redocketing and hearing 3 months later. Maybe.

His ego will force him to post something about it, and he will recover. It's not his first eviction. In 2017, he was evicted for (by his own admission) saying something to his landlord's sister. Exactly what was unknown, but he was able to land on his feet after that.

It looks like the request itself is public, but the requestor name is private. The cost seems to be 83 USD per hour of footage plus a 50% fee for redaction, if needed. Any research time is on a sliding scale.

The purpose of my original request was to determine when such bodycam video would be taken so that a request could be made. It looks like you need an incident number or similar to identify it with a date.

Looking forward to the motion to reconsider.

No, it is Motion to Undo the Thing I Didn't Like.

What bodycam footage are we talking about? Eviction does not always equal 'sheriff tossing your stuff into the street.' I don't know NV law but he should have a few days at least to gtfo himself.

Russ knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on and that the moment the Judge wakes up and rules on anything he's toast for giving the court and defense an address he admits is fake in his exhibit (which showed a bill for East Twain Street) and in emailing Hardin "As for the address, I'd have to know what you plan on serving me with" and his own hooker PAC website using his real address.
greer also filed a certificate of service for the documents that mr. hardin had to file with the utah court on plaintiff russell greer plaintiff russell greer's behalf affirming that he had served the defendants via email: 1720669071793.png

even though, after multiple filings regarding incorrect service via email, greer recently informed mr. hardin that: 1720669275107.png

at this rate, mr. hardin will be serving mr. hardin on greer's behalf simply to ensure proper service.

I've seen a lot of cool lawyering from this case. Motion to Undo The Thing That Just Happened. Motion to Complain to the Court I'm Losing. Motion of Affirmation I'm Probably Not Suicidal.

I wonder if now he'll file a Motion to Compel Court to Fund Prostitutes for Relief of Plaintiff's Woes.

I'll bet Hardin would really like to file a Motion to Strike (Plaintiff with a Shoe).

How long can the unopposed motions from January go unruled upon before Null can get a writ of Mandamus to make a Judge actually judge the case? More than a year?

Which Judge? Which court can even rule on a Mandamus Application? Which Jurisdiction is the case actually in?
The Admiralty Court. Hardin should travel (not drive) to wherever he may need to in order to verify that the right flag with the right amount and color of fringe is flown in the courtroom, and the only one versed well enough in vexillology to verify that is none other than Joshua Conner Moon.

Which Judge? Which court can even rule on a Mandamus Application? Which Jurisdiction is the case actually in?
Technically the 11th circuit Appeals court if we are being charitable, in order to tell the district judge she can't just transfer back a transferred case. But Null has indicated he's not going to do that because, and I am paraphrasing "fuck that bitch, I don't want her trying the case anyway".

Technically the case can just stay where it is forever at this point. Null doesn't have anything he needs to do under the rules atm, so Greer is the moving party. But Greer is a fucking retard who doesn't know what it is he is supposed to do.

I can think of a few things he COULD do to get this moving, but I don't want to help him.
