Yes, Patrick is a fucking retard. It's very straightforward to adjust a sample like this for a known demographic bias and anyone who does this kind of work would do it as a matter of course.
You ask for, or otherwise obtain, demographic data for the sample and then weight the sample so that it matches the known population demographics.
